This mobile home is very nice and features everything in a single wide! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homes. The model for this home is the "Sipsey." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Love it except I dont like the island chairs on the stove side! Turn that island around
Man! It's almost perfect for me, but I would like the separate tube and shower, a pantry, turn the island around, maybe center it, and add a wood burning fireplace. Also, I need a glass slide door so that I can add a house length four season porch. I can't believe how close it came to being perfect for me. Even have a space I can turn into a work from home area.
I do like this one, but I agree with Ms. Debra.......island needs to be turned around, or at least pushed further over towards the sink.
The wood look tile in the master shower is awesome, I love that!!! Wish it went all the way to the top though.

This is one of my absolute favorite single wides, if not my favorite. There are small things I'd want to change, but overall, it's 10/10, even with the little things that I'd tweak (like a window in the bathroom for nature light would be really nice), no carpet, some tile, texture, and color changes. It's amazing.
I would move island a foot over towards the sink and use stools. It is a very nice home and I would be real happy living in it, Thanks Clay..
I would like to see the transom type windows above the shower tub combos that you can open...it is better to help remove the steam from the shower and you can air out the bathroom...makes much more sense!!!

Thanks Chance! Nice home, the only thing that I would have added would have been a master bathroom. Other than that it looked great. Her son is awesome to do something like that for his mom! You are right. It is close to the stove side. Needs to be pulled in to the sink side or turned. Nice home though.

1st guest room was the size of a broom closet. Most I'd pay for a trailer is 30k

Hey Clay nice to see you back on the channel. Not a fan of this type of kitchen layout i'm more of an L shaped type of kitchen. The other thing I don't care for, I know a lot of people do, is double sinks in the master bathroom, I'd rather have a single sink with a vanity. Other than that not a bad home for the price.
What has happened to the propane kitchen stoves? One of the reasons I loved my mobile home in the 80's/90's was the propane cooking! IDC what the gubment says about it, I want propane...hopefully the option exists as we are looking but it could be a deal breaker....

Overall nice. No island please; dining table instead. I would change the desk area to two storage closets as there aren’t any. Like the utility room is a room.

Nice home. I just wish they would put gas stoves in these homes. Those of us that use canners need gas burners.
There should be shelves in the shower. Where are you supposed to put your shampoo, soap, razor, etc.

Not sure about that little room beyond the kitchen, faciing the utility room. Seems a waste of space, which the living room could use.
