I have been seeing a lot of reiki videos about power coming up in my recommended. Reclaiming power, unleashing power. I mean, after a year of feeling weak and hopeless. This is definitely needed. I feel like my true self again. No more sorrow. No more feeling sorry for myself. I honor my vulnerability but it does not make me weak!

Lourdes, please help me. I listened to this video like more than a month ago. I'm used to your videos and had played this on loop thinking it would suit me too. I'm reiki master too but a newbie. But I woke up with a scary dream, like a past life child abuse and horror flick, in two hours and stopped the video. I was shaking uncontrollably and the slight energy I always felt at end of spine was burning and felt like it was tried being pulled out very powerfully. I had ran to stand under sunlight and walked around trying to ground and the shaking disappeared. But the pressure at the back was aggravated and even had back pain and burning until middle of back. I even got re-attuned to balance whatever it was. I was okay with slight pressure at the back. But when I tried listening to even a simple pure reiki video that I'm used to for years made me so overloaded. I was shaking vibrating the whole night with back pressure and couldn't sleep, and it makes my heart weak. It's frightening. I couldn't listen to any reiki video and now i don't know how to make this hips pressure pain and whole body shaking vibration stop. I re-attuned twice and the second one was last week. Grounding didn't work and the stuck back energy is stubborn and won't melt away and gets aggravated instead. I thought reiki video effects will dissappear if discontinued but this one didn't. Please help me. 🙏 What should I do?
What you may have experienced is a release not only from the video, but also from attunement (for some releases from attunements may take longer than 30 days). The two together (video and attunement) may be the cause of this challenge. Something may have been brought up to be released. Any time you do energy work, you become more sensitive to energy. That includes receiving Reiki, being attuned, or even watching videos, especially if you are sensitive. The attunement alone, could make you very sensitive and looping the video compounded the release.. Adding the re-attunements may have been too much energy for your body.. There is a Reiki video to Release with Ease, which may help with the blockages, czcams.com/video/HWuiQMk7qr4/video.html (as with any energy right now, try for only a few minutes at a time till you are used to it). You didn't mention working with crystals, but if you do, holding and using Black Tourmaline, Dravite, Hematite or Nuummite may also help along with using Lepidolite to complement the grounding crystals. Using salt scrubs or taking baths with salt may also help. Massaging the area is also a good way to release an energetic blockage. Of course, always check with your Reiki master since they know your energy best. They should be able to give you other suggestions on releasing the blockages.
@@RestRelaxationReiki I'm so grateful for your reply! I don't work with crystals. I had wanted to properly learn about them before using them. I have tried the massage, done salt bath and played the video with 2 minute intervals. I felt better but at night I started back all the symptoms and worse. I was vomiting everything out and still couldn't sleep. I've emailed my reiki master before detailing my experience but they have just replied that they're happy to do the re-attunement if I wanted to. I'll try emailing again. I got attuned to all 3 three levels last year June. Re-attuned last year Nov (it was because of another new channel reiki video I watched in Sep that left me reiki-less eventhough it's said not possible everywhere in the net, but I couldn't feel it or channel it and health issues which I've healed with reiki was appearing back) and last week Saturday (because of the imbalances that I commented above). Before that I was attuned in person by a local reiki master as i read it was better to have in person training for reiki. But when I started having panic/anxiety attacks after second level attunement and asked him about it, he ghosted me. To rectify that I had taken the all 3 level attunement online via distance reiki fro another master. It feels like I'm continously pulling energy in my palms and my nerves have slightly burning sensations. How do I stop? Will channeling reiki for someone else take away the excess energy? Do you think I should still continue with daily self treatment? Is energy overloaded fatal or serious? Feel like I'm getting weak, and joint pains. I couldn't find info in the net regarding reiki overload. I'm very scared and I'm worrying my parents too much. I'm sorry for asking so many questions.
