Too much of anything is not good for you, good or bad. Do it in moderation to see how you handle the energy.
Te rog frumos poți să-mi răspunzi ??Te urmăresc din România și am făcut reiki pana la gradul II ,în ultimii ani am folosit energia reiki pentru echilibru , sănătate și toate celelalte ...Efectiv am avut zile în care nu puteam fără o meditatie ,am avut niște ani crunti ...Am citit undeva că prea mult strică ???Eu nu am simțit ca reiki este prea mult . Abia te -am descoperit și vreau să manifest un Nou loc de munca și ascult zilnic câte 4 -5 sesiuni de -ale tale ...Vă rog frumos să-mi răspundeți și mie ..Mulțumesc frumos pentru tot ..Arabela
The only time Reiki is too much is when you have energetic releases that make you sick (emotionally or physically). If you feel well then you can use the videos as often as you would like.
