  • Providence is a great city to ride the Can-Am Spyder. Lots to see, lots of hills, lots of history.
This channel chronicles my adventures using a 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited as my only conveyance. We’ll go on a great adventures as well as mundane errands. We’ll also discuss accessories and gear for the Can-Am Spyder.
I usually wear a Tourmaster Transition 4 jacket, a Scorpion EXO-AT950 helmet, and either Klim Baja gloves or Joe Rocket Windchill gloves. I use a GoPro Hero 10 camera and a Purple Panda mic, and I edit video with Final Cut Pro on an iPad Pro.

Another good video. Keep them coming. It's very beautiful on the East Coast.

I like your videos because you emphasize it's a Spyder adventure. And that's all that matters. Keep being you, that is what keeps it real and interesting. Cheers Chris.

I loved the tour of Providence City it looks fine. The State Building with the dome looks quite similar to the Washington DC building. The City looks really clean and a nice place ot be, I would like to see it in person one day. Thanks very much Chris and I give you a like because I like what I see in the majority of your videos.

Thanks for the fine video. I really enjoy traveling vicariously through your travels. I started watching because I am thinking of purchasing a spyder, but a big feature that I enjoy is that you have been traveling to places that would make a nice day or two ride from my home in NE PA. I have been up to Fort Niagara and also to Grand Isle VT. Your videos give me ideas and goals for future rides.

Thanks, Tim! You’ve got lots of close adventure options from NE PA. The Spyder makes adventures fun and comfortable.

Eros, Louisiana. Small enough they took our caution light. The Mayor is the only police officer. I watch your channel due to wanting a Spyder more than my wife. Or am I like most from Louisiana, crazy?

Couple of comments and a question. Man was this a rambling commentary. It was like one who spoke while having rider fatigue. Not saying you did or are. The operative word was 'like.'
I so agree with the give it a great big Ole thumbs up statement before the video even began. I say to myself, really? Maybe that's the Southern way. I don't know. I still subscribe because of the valuable insights I get but it us grating on the nerves.
The question and if you don't know maybe someone else does. On Federal Hill in Providence, is the Providence Cheese Co. still in operation there? That was a great place to shop. I use to drive in from Mass. or CT to shop there partially for the ambience and partially as a destination.
Thanks Chris. Sub par commentary but still a big old thumbs up because it helps the channel.

I just Googled “Providence Cheese Co.” And nothing came up. Maybe Covid killed them.

@SpyderMinimalist That would be sad. They made their own mozzarella, pasta and had barrels of things with enticing smells and tastes. Even carob pods - tastes like chocolate. A Providence/Federal Hill institution. So sorry to see it go. Thanks Chris. I enjoy the minimalist approach from a Huh, wonder how he's doing. As a former car collector,.past president of a state chapter of a national club and a lifetime member of the Moto Guzzi National Owners Club, I now find myself with a car smashed last remnants of my collecting days and a brand new 2023 RT Ltd because I can no longer ride any of the Guzzi. Just broken - me, not the bikes but they sit and languish.

Great video Chris, obviously there is a lot to see in Rhode Island.
When it comes to asking for likes. I can agree in a way it is like asking what the tips is going to be, but nah, not really. Just imagine how many places that serve food in America (I would say most of them), ask before you hardly even sat down, what do you want to drink? Well, to me that is kind of redundant many times, as if I have not yet decided on fish (white wine), some steak (red wine), or perhaps been. But anyhow. me
Let me tell you, that there are extensive studies on asking for likes and subscribes....... The overall consensus of it is that, if you dont ask, you get much less likes and subscribes. There are also studies about when you ask, and how you ask.
The how to ask can be important too. If you early on ask "Please like and subscribe and lets get on with it", Or if you ask "If you like this video", "If you find that you got value of this video in the end of it, then" or something similar, most people will not be offended.
Also remember this, I dont know how much you have looked into your analytics yet, but you can look at each individual video and see how many percent of your viewers only stayed the first 20 seconds, first 2 minutes, first 10 minutes, and all the way to the end, as example. Now consider that you already lost 60% of your viewers 5 minutes in. Well, those viewers are not going to see you asking for likes and subscribes. While you may still have 80% of your viewers already at the start 30 seconds. If they watch on a mobile or pad, they can easily click like even when the movie is running.
I really appreciate your channel, maybe some of it is not really my thing, like driving around showing all this stuff. But I still like it, because I am the same way, I like to show people stuff, like the railroad station in my home town, that is really unique. You did find a niche, which is important, and you should just be you.
I do would suggest you to, if you find some spare time, study some of the youtube channels that teaches youtubers about things. Dont take their word for everything but it is worth listening and making your own analysis. Some of the channels I can recomend is Channel Makers, VidIQ, Nate Black, Think Media, Just some examples.
    Cheers from Swede in Mexico
