This is Project C and it’s falling apart. It’s been empty for over 10 years, it’s been vandalized, there’s no electrics, there’s a wasp infestation, ceilings are falling down and it’s basically a jungle of ruins.
I will be doing a full before and after house flip series for this house.
In Episode 2, join me on the journey of the first 23 days of the renovation. This is the first episode actually I have seen you bring and let the various companies present who they are so elegantly, consider letting the chaps that break down the walls and do most of the manual labour also chip in a word or two, I am sure it will bring pride to their families when they see their fathers work hard.

Thanks guys! We consider all layout options but unfortunately with small spaces there’s sometimes only 1 or 2 layouts that actually work. In the main bathroom, the toilet has to be as you walk in. Any other layout wouldn’t allow for a full bathroom!

Brilliant Guys. Just completed a full Reno of my house in Mossel Bay, which was built back in the late 00’s. I can tell you now, good old South African Build Quality is lacking and it’s refreshing to see that you guys are doing a great job and that you take pride in what you do!
As a roofer, I can't stand seeing membrane in valleys, or worse, bloody concrete! Nice to see someone doing it right for once! Though, if they didn't do it like that, we'd have a lot less work 😂

Loved the style of the old large glass doors on the backside of the house. "Budget friendly" should imply laminate countertops, not, throw Radioshack store windows in it.
