yes this platform helps a lot, BUT it all depends on the artist attitude and mood and how he flows in front of the camera.
There was one artist that came to your guys show and it was nothing but a fail, he pretended to be interesting and it suck and at one point you guys were uncomfortable and it was very awkward. The situation with XAVI I don't think he a industry plant, the kid has talent and a story that will generate views and brings the crowd. He's voice is like no over has skills/talent compare to other artists that don't have a voice and they up there for other reasons.
