I am replying because I have lived in the neighborhood and know her. She is difficult, but you discredit yourself by saying false things. Of course you know she dislikes pets, and does not have a cat as you stated as the reason you call her the witch. Your vlog focuses on your obsession with the witch. This is disconcerting because you are obsessed with her as she is with you. Develop your life, ignore her and your life will be enhanced. We all have lived with her in the neighborhood and if you don't keep giving her all of your attention and blogging about her, she will get bored and stop.

I dealt with a neighbor worse than hers for 3yrs. Your absolutely correct, police told me to get cameras. She can buy Wyze cameras for $25 & they will record video & sound. They definitely helped my situation along with logs I kept & police calls/reports. Wishing her the best & to be safe!

Yea, caffeine in general can wreak havoc on a person’s anxiety. I can’t have any at all.
When I drank the tiktok coffee I got real shaky and feel weird so I stopped drinking it.
Yes I came here to say that 😬 that's a huge spoon of instant coffee, I actually made the same mistake the other day and it was my 2nd cup of coffee for the day. I was shaky to say the least 😵
Yes it has a lot of caffeine. I work graveyard and it did not help me get any sleep in the morning. I was palpitating and shaky so I stopped drinking it and went back to my regular coffee.
Yeah, I found that. I really loved the taste though so I only use half a teaspoon of coffee at a time.

I’ve never felt so connect to someone as when you talked about how anxious you were feeling. It’s lines up with how I often feel when anxious.
you might be having anxiety from drinking coffee, I used to work at a coffee shop and I would take one or two shots of espresso and over time it gave me problems with anxiety and sleeping until I stopped. Now I don't have any of those issues but just be careful with it, you might need to take a break from drinking caffeine.

Hey just some friendly advice! When you wear the facemask you're supposed to pinch it around your nose. Those giant gaps between your cheeks/nose and the mask basically render the mask useless. Pinching it around your nose helps keep things within the mask and less can escape.
Also I've been obsessed with your stories of this crazy lady... I can't even imagine having to deal with someone like that ugh

The problem with that, is in my experience, there is usually a honeymoon period where you don't know if your neighbors will be psycho or not. The crazy behavior usually takes two or three months to manifest and then you are well and truly stuck.

From my own experience with anxiety and quarantining alone, switching to a lesser form of caffeine on days where you feel the anxiety coming on (like matcha or green tea) and using a weighted blanket with headphones and some music really helps. High doses of caffeine can sometimes make my anxiety worse and the blanket/headphones combo really forces me to relax. You may have already tried this, but just thought I’d share because it makes me sad seeing people so anxious since many of us know exactly how that feels. Luckily you have a great community of followers and family for support 💛
I have such bad anxiety that if I drink coffee I feel faint instantly because my heart won’t stop beating so fast 😬😬. Coffee is a hell no for me for life.

I am also feeling very anxious I've just started having panicked attacks and I've been back in forth to the hospital bc it's over whelming and hard to handle but I've been trying to breathe through it and distract myself and you are so much helpful I love your videos 🥰
Same I went to the emergency room 3 times in the course of 2 months. I took medicine but it didn’t work out so I’m battling it by myself right now. I’m now terrified of medication because the first one gave really really bad side effects.
This sounds like useless advice, though you may already be doing this because you said you're trying to breathe through it. I've found a huge difference in my anxiety since trying breathing exercises. Breathe in through your nose for 3 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 5 seconds for about 2 minutes. I do it once in the morning, once before bed and whenever I'm particularly anxious. There are apps you can get to help with the timing. Obviously not a cure, but it really resets how I'm feeling. Sorry for giving my unsolicited uneducated advice lol just wanted to share!

Courtney Sanchez yeah don’t take medication right away, try everything else first. If all fails then medication is the decision. But first ask for Lexapro (which is the safest one) . I took it but it didn’t work out for me but it usually works out for most people. I’ve been avoiding my psychiatrist for 3 weeks because I’m scared of getting other pills that are not so save. 😩😩😩
Hey! love your vids, just wanted to let you know that your masks are meant to be pulled to cover over your mouth *and* chin instead of laying flat like that, if you pinch it at the top and bottom and pull it will stretch where it is sort of folded to fit to your face much better! It’s a common thing I see at the hospital, just want it to be as effective as possible for you!

I saw my BFF today for the first time in months. She has a 3 year old daughter, I have a 4 year old and they are bffs.... so we got them together for a fancy tea party with tiaras, princess dresses, our bounce house, tea cakes and apple juice. They shrieked sooo excitedly when they saw each other and ran to each other. Reconnecting with those who bring you joy is so so wonderful!
every time i have whipped coffee my anxiety flares up! i also have the blonde roast from starbucks and i do okay with that, but the whipped coffee always makes me super anxious and gives me bad heart palpitations. don’t know if it is the same for you, but i figured i’d share!

If it helps you can still do the whipped/dalgona coffee with a smaller amount of coffee...I do mine with the usual 2 tablespoons of sugar and boiling water but I use a teaspoon of instant coffee sometimes a half teaspoon if I think it’ll make my anxiety kick off, maybe try that and see if it helps! If not try bringing down all the amounts, so half a teaspoon of coffee, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of water...just remember the sugar/water mix is what makes it thicker 💜
Janisie You can always just use decaf coffee, or half decaf + half caffeinated!

thats because the whipped coffee is equivalent to 6 cups of coffee. the recipe is 2 tablespoons of instant coffee. but 1 cup of regular instant coffee uses only 1 teaspoon, doing the math, that means 6 cups of coffee for 1 whipped coffee. thats why you get jittery and anxious after drinking it. too much caffeine will do that to you.

I’ve had to deal with a crazy neighbor recently too, he actually just went to jail and moved out once he got out, so I’ve gotten some peace of mind. So sorry you constantly have to deal with her :( I know you already have cameras but maybe getting another one and putting it on your bedroom balcony would help because it would point at the fence! I wish she would get some help and stop bothering you and everyone else living close to you :( as entertaining as it is hearing the crazy stories about her, it sucks seeing one of my fave youtubers that I’ve been watching for years finally have a home she loves after all the insanely hard work you’ve been doing only to have it be next to a crazy lady.
