okay for the people telling me that it's not nice having my lights on till 2am... first of all that only happens like once a month, if that (theyre usually all off by 11pm when I go to sleep). second of all, people keep garden lights on all night to keep intruders away - they're not gonna try to break in while they're lit up lol so they're on for security purposes. and LASTLY, the woman has blackout curtains in her bedroom, if she doesn't want to see the light then she can close her blinds. like duh???? lol

OMFG I just finished watching your "witch" series and I have now come to the conclusion that the "witch" has called the company I worked for. We sell a type of an equipment that didnt really fit her needs so I turned her away politely, which got her upset. However, she told me about you and her accent was the same as on the radio. She is bat shit crazy! Edit: I'm not looking for attention or have proof. It's just something I remembered because of her voice.

This really isn’t about fences or lights. This is about a lonely, obsessive, controlling, narcissistic person. Ask yourself why is she up all night, focused on you? The lights you have are not the problem, it’s her not using curtains or drapes. Most of the time ignoring this type of harassment, that is, not reacting at all, can deter this behavior but she is too far gone.

The truly scary thing about this woman is that she has escalated beyond crazy neighbor status and has completely fixated on you.
Anyone who is familiar with dealing with people who have on-going mental and emotional health issues, knows that fixation on such a level is a major red-flag.
It's not about your lights anymore, it's not about your fence. It's about her desperate need for validating her control over you and other neighbors. Validating her control over what she believes is her own personal plot in her world.
Hopefully she gets the help she needs from the right set of professionals to assist her in managing and addressing her mental and emotional health issues in a conductive healthier way.
I actually agree. At this point all she wants is dominance over her because of age and since Tara doesn't agree and stands her ground it has somewhat become an obsession to the lady to the point of invading her privacy and not only her but other peoples.
I agree. I also think the fact she loved her old neighbors play a role. I think she hates that they moved and a new person with a different lifestyle and beliefs from a different generation moved is intimidating and bothering her and thus she needs to keep watch and obsesses over her. So one day when one of them said something and I was like "ok boomer" they reported me and I got a fucking two-week suspension with no pay.

The woman who lives down the hill from my family has outside lights that shine directly into my room of a night because of an attempted robbery. I just try and cover up my window as best as I can to deal with it. Your lights however are so tiny and don’t even bother her ? She is ridiculous honestly at this point.

hi! technically, not all of california is on “lockdown”, the governor has just urged everyone to stay at home. however, people are still allowed to go outside for necessary needs: food places are still open for takeout and delivery, people are allowed to travel to work, grocery stores & general stores are still open for needs, people can go out for walks, people are still moving out of college!! so, again, we’re not on full lockdown, it’s just an urge for everyone to stay at home because it’s #saferathome

A family friend got fined when a cop pulled her over with three of her friends as they were not from the same household and were not observing the social distancing thing. That’s several counties in California
As of Thursday, the state is on lockdown, meaning you can go out for essentials and outdoor activities/exercise while maintaining social distancing. So yes, all of California is on lockdown.

As someone who lives in an apartmant in the middle of the city I tell you: if you have a problem with light just buy curtains. It works.
You can't just expect people to turn all the lights out at 9:30 because you have a problem with it. And since she keeps watching her during the day it's definitely not the lights that are the problem.
As someone who lives in the UK, I cannot understand not having blinds/ curtains😅 literally everyone has them. Even if I lived in the middle of nowhere I'd have some kind of window covering for my own sense of security at night xD

So let me get this straight. She makes a huge deal of a problem that isn’t even that much of a problem. Endlessly harasses you about the problem by damaging your property, screaming at you, stalking you, and just creating an overall stressful environment for no reason. You try to talk to her to try to compromise but end up needing to spend your own money to accommodate her and solve the problem yourself that’s not really a problem. And instead of maybe thanking you, or at the very least, leave you alone, she goes on the radio to complain about you! What’s there to even complain about now?! You’ve already fixed the problem! 🤦🏻♀️
