An easy way to fix the glossy black cat is to just use satin mod Podge. It will make the cat look silky.

You could also dye some repeats to get different colors they don't make. It would be very interesting to see if any clothes that fit curvy Barbies would also fit a Ken, for scientific reasons, of course! 👀👀👀

The dogs in the one set that are too small if you paint them they could be knickknacks metallics would the easiest but you could probably get away with other painted styles as well.

Speaking of ironing, have you seen the Clover brand Mini Iron? It was made for small ironing jobs and I think it would work well for your doll clothes needs! The body looks like a bulky pen, and the ironing piece is small triangle.

I like the tops you made from cutting the skirts shorter.
Maybe if you have an old pair of jeans, you could make more denim clothes?
For the tube shirt, maybe you could add a gathering stitch in the front to add some interest to a simple design?
For the tops that looked like they were made with a ribbed fabric, maybe you could copy the look with using ribbed socks for fabric?
