Stoic Mindset Is For Winners. Thank You King Stoic.😅😊
You're welcome, johnfriel-uj2sn! Stoicism can be a valuable philosophy for navigating life's challenges.
Stoicism isn't necessarily about winning in the traditional sense, but rather about finding peace and resilience. What aspects of Stoicism resonate most with you, or how do you see it helping you become a "winner" in life?

Mind over body
"Mind over body" is a fascinating concept, user-dj4bm5qd4o. It highlights the powerful influence our thoughts can have on our physical well-being.
Do you have any personal experiences where you've felt the power of your mind influencing your body?
@@KingStoic101 It seems to work, I don't know how or why. It doesn't seem to be a station or static platform though, it is a mode or process; unless I'm confused. Personal experiences? yep, it happens; gas, rapid foot movements, drinking tea...even more than this, amazing.
*Start your day with Stoic-inspired rituals: practice gratitude, reflection, and intention setting to cultivate resilience and inner strength for a purposeful morning routine*

Great Stoic content as usual Boss, keep it up...perhaps some rational morning logic will help, maybe, here goes...when I try to figure out what truly matters, sometimes I might get close, Is this important? As the abstract becomes formulated so does the person, this also seems important, to the person and perhaps others. I'm now in the morning, it surrounds me offering utility and peace, what will it do with me? Are these two questions connected? Not really but the universe gives us the benefit of doubt. The birds change, is it what they do; hard to say but I notice it, nonetheless.
This is a great exploration of finding meaning, GVM27. Your questions about what matters and how things impact us are central to Stoic philosophy.
There's an interesting connection between the objective nature of the universe and our subjective experience of it. The birds will continue to change regardless of our observation, but noticing them can bring us peace.
In Stoicism, focusing on what we can control, our thoughts and perceptions, is key.
@@KingStoic101 Abstract thinkers tend to seek grounding-type connections out of necessity. Practical thinkers tend to seek disconnected reality as a type of escape that is productive or not so much; because this helps process reality. None of this makes much sense, but it seems true, at least to me. You did omit the observer effect regarding the Birds, just so you know, I know, annoying.
