I min-maxed PCOB to high hell this league and its my favorite skill now. The sound, look, feel, inbuilt power, tankyness, speed, and it being chaos damage just all came together so well. Not needing a main hand weapon is a positive when league starting, just once less slot/socket/link problem to worry about. Almost always run purity of elements also till you get ailment immunity some how later. Just great. IDK about no grace, this is gonna be odd but we have to see how the new armor bases workout.

Defo recommend others to try it as well (if not at league start, then at least later in the league). Campaign and early mapping was pretty easy as well, and not having to worry about getting a decent weapon simplified things even more.
i think i will not get an update ready in the next few days, will take a bit of time since i have all hands to do currently, not even playing the season right now. I would honestly suggest to look into Jungroan pconc build in the meantime. Wish i had any better answer :(

What are your thoughts on using the Vinespike Cordial annoint instead of Whispers of Doom? Possibly with Inextricable Fate instead of Ralakesh's Impatience? Though I suppose that might also mean taking Master Surgeon instead of Nature's Boon for Pathfinder so the cordial would be online more often.
I've seen some people recommend using a bunch of medium cluster jewels with "follow-through" on them. Have you by any chance compared the difference in damage with those? Curious what would be better as I am not knowledgable about how to use PoB properly still :D
How many Medium Cluster jewels can i put into a league starter before people will say "its too expensive". Follow Through will make your first bounces much stronger, especially if you go for even more projectiles
Assassin would favor a more crit based build, which this one is definetly not. Trickster on the other hand might be a bit easier to build, but according to a quick check in PoB we lose a bit EHP and the flask convenience. I wish I had a better answer now, but Assassin or Trickster does not convince me for Pconc
Pcon of Bouncing is a great allrounder - As people like SpicySushi would say, its great overall, but "kinda boring to play". If you really want to hard-focus on Blight, i think there might be some better builds. When i farmed Blight actively a few seasons ago, i played Skeleton Mages and just afk'd in the middle. This was the best experience i had in Blight, sooo... The build can do Blight for sure, its just not the best Blight'er thats out there. That would be my advice
Oh, you are correct. War Banner during leveling needs to be scrapped from the list! Sorry it was a long night, maybe i shouldnt have rushed it so fast. War Banner does also only apply to melee attacks, which we dont have.

nobody buys a unique non 6L Body Armor because the damage you lose from missing a Support Gem is far greater than the damage you gain from having the unique in almost all cases. The assertion that Restless Wards are cheap because they don't cost anything with bad sockets is silly. Just use whatever 6L body armor you find on the ground and later a Dendrobate until you have currency.
Correct and based! Dont forget that restless ward will be a great double corrupt base (as stated in the video). Reason to state that Restless Ward is cheap is due to the fact that I experienced many CZcams Commenters in the past that said "loool requires uniques for build" even tho they were evidently just 1c bases.
first off tier 17's are getting a nerf, pathfinder can also scale endurance charges, the build is as cheap as a league starter can get without resorting to a minion build, and Pathfinder PCOB is a tested and mostly solved build. It can get players to red mapping on a budget, and if the player really wanted to, the build can be scaled further or used to farm up currencies for a more smooth mid-game budget. Slayer is not even in the same hemisphere for PCOB so I don't know what bait builds you have been browsing because slayer is better of with melee skills, avoiding other bait like bleeds. Issue with playing a slayer on that note is everyone is playing melee and with flat damage removed along with attack speed scarcity, melee is going to have a fun time experiencing bow build prices. Most melee will get as league start realistically are 1 to 2 skills while the rest are behind mirrors and hundreds of divs, good luck with that. only real options are a spell-caster, minion build, or some kind of throwing on a realistic budget unless the player wants to be stuck in red maps until burnout happens before even making it off the leaguestart.

Concotion is not a projectile so for example you have to point exactly where you want to throw it because it fly over enemies, not like any other distance skill like bow skill. So you need to predict and hit enemy or it will bounce randomly. Another thing is you need to backtrack a lot for loot from enemies that will die behind you and enemies will have a lot of time to deal damage to you. As a ranger, you really do not want to let enemy to do actions but this build will make enemies punish you so much. Having also -1/-2 utility flasks is also extra annoying, especially as pathfinder. There are way better poison starter builds which do not have these issues. I started poisonous concotion 2 times. In Scourge and last league. Both starts were really not fun, clear was awful, same with damage - it was decent in acts but on maps it sucked so hard. Doing map 2-3 times longer because of fact you need to use skill few times more in all direction or because you miss (especially vs fast enemies) is really annoying. I had same feeling while playing traps but at least they had really good boss damage. If you really want to try it, go ahead, but just saying - everything looks cool on videos but usually it feel way different when you play it self.

Why would you do PF over Slayer? You gonna get merced in 17's.
