5 Minute HIIT Arm Workout for Seniors, Beginner Exercisers

- This 5 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will strengthen your arms and upper body and improve cardiovascular health. It includes four 20 second rounds of exercises with 10 seconds of rest in between. The workout is a short exercise program that gets your heart rate up, burns calories and makes you sweat -- which is a good thing!
The workout consists of 2 rounds of:
- Front and Overhead Claps
- Pullbacks
- Pushouts
- Bicep Curls
The goal is to do each exercise as fast as you can. You don’t have to go at our speed -- go at your own pace.

Good morning😊 3rd day of doing your 5 mins exercises and I decided to do this one as well as the 5 mins senior walking video! Phew! You've given me motivation to do this each morning to loosen up as I am so stiff due to lack of movement thanks to arthritis. At only 67yrs, I need to get on with my life and stop feeling sorry for myself❤ thank you both x

I am very overweight and want to exercise but other videos want me to be on the floor or are to fast paced, which I can not do, so I give up but with yours they are not to long , easy to follow, easy movements and doable . Day 2 of your *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* for me. Even though you recommended doing a warmup before this workout, on previewing it I thought the first few minutes of this one were pretty much at warmup pace and intensity for me, so I used this video for my warmup and followed it up with a 10-minute upper body dumbbell workout, followed by your 20 MINUTE WALKING WORKOUT #2 and a few extra cooldown stretches. I'm still finding workouts in your playlists that I haven't tried yet (or possibly tried so long ago that I've forgotten), and I'm enjoying trying "new" workouts fairly often.🙂 (Jan.22, 2024)

Now this may sound strange but when COVID hit, my gym closed down for good. I use to go to classes 2-3 X's a week one being a HIIT. Then I stopped, finally started to walk daily but arthritis started talking to me. Well, I went to CZcams and guess what? Here you are. 😊👍 I have weights and DVD exercises but yours really got me back in my classes! 😊

I was reading recently that the triceps muscle has three points that need strengthening. Some day when you produce another video (or maybe insert info in a current one?) I would be interested in exercises that include all the various points on the triceps and the biceps.... Or maybe you already have a video or two that strengthens those two muscles at their respective points? Thank you!
