This dude is all about Specialized, but they're pretty much the worst bikes he could personally ride for his size. The Stumpy and Levo are crazy linear, and big guys destroy shocks on them crazy fast. The Enduro and Kenevo SL use small shocks for the amount of travel that aren't well suited for heavier riders.
I’m 55, 6 foot two, 330 pounds… do you wear clipless? I’m on a specialized stumpjumper alloy in the middle of upgrading every component, not knowing a $$3000 bike came with entry-level components. I don’t feel like I can take it down a mountain on a blue trail as is, without folding everything in half
