Small Block Engine Assembly and Paint | Sick Week Build Part 6

The 350 Small Block in the Square Body Service Truck got freshly lapped valves, new valve seals, valve springs, keepers, and retainers in preparation for a little boost. The small block also got a fresh coat of Chevy Orange Paint.
Sick Week is right around the corner and I need to rebuild the 350 small block, upgrade the clutch, rebuild the SM465 Transmission, install a Yukon Locker into the GM 14-Bolt rear end, install the Mishimoto Radiator and Electric Fans, wire in the MSD 6-BTM, and all the AutoMeter gauges. This Square Body is an awful choice for a drag race vehicle... but it'll look cool going down the strip...slowly. I have a pile of parts from Summit Racing and the Amazon...and not a lot of time to get them installed! So let's get to work!

Jamin, I enjoyed watching you work. I’ve never built an engine but think I have the good enough professional amateur ability after watching your series. Can’t wait to do one. It’ll either work or it won’t. Can’t wait to see it with the blower.

Thanks for watching. There is so much information available these days, I believe anyone can do it if they take their time and do a little research. I had to learn by reading magazines and books back in the late 80's and early 90's, back before the internet was a thing 😂😉
