As a combat veteran who left my 7 day old son 5 year old daughter and wife of 6 years to serve in afghanistan. I was in afghanistan for 15 months and experienced things that altered mine and my kids' lives forever. Now divorced and been so since 2012, sadly enough. What I sacrificed is nothing compared to what Isaac Sacrificed. I wish I would have saved and preserved my nerve and strength, including physical ability to fight against the enemy right here in America. This song is literally an anthem in our house. My daughter has health problems and it’s robbed her of life as she knew it and were trying to arrange surgery. As someone who works with addicts for a living, I can tell you he was not a regular user. There is no way he could have accomplished as much as he did if he was. Plus I can tell just by listening to him talk. I've talked with varying degrees of drug users for over a decade and can pretty easily detect how severe the drug use is. With Kappy, his drug use is almost not even worth talking about seeing as it was so infrequent. I'd qualify him as an "experimental user" rather than an addict. There is a massive difference between the two. I'd suggest you look into group-think and dogmatism and how the two can cause people to jump to unwarranted conclusions about others based on pre-existing biases. That's what you're doing, so if you look into this you'll raise your self awareness. You're thinking "oh he's done drugs before" and then viewing absolutely everything he does through a filter... as if you're not even judging him as a human being anymore. You're seeing him as some kind of "other" that you think you already know everything about. Have you ever drank alcohol or taken mind altering substances before? Would you appreciate it if others judged you in this way as a result? Especially if you gave your life to expose extremely vile corruption and people dismiss it just because of that?

@@editor4958 You're making a big mistake if you think what he revealed has anything to do with paranoia or the drugs he did occasionally. As someone who works with addicts for a living, I can tell you he was not a regular user. There is no way he could have accomplished as much as he did if he was. Plus I can tell just by listening to him talk. I've talked with varying degrees of drug users for over a decade and can pretty easily detect how severe the drug use is. With Kappy, his drug use is almost not even worth talking about seeing as it was so infrequent. I'd qualify him as an "experimental user" rather than an addict. There is a massive difference between the two.
I'd suggest you look into group-think and dogmatism and how the two can cause people to jump to unwarranted conclusions about others based on pre-existing biases. That's what you're doing, so if you look into this you'll raise your self awareness.
You're thinking "oh he's done drugs before" and then viewing absolutely everything he does through a filter... as if you're not even judging him as a human being anymore. You're seeing him as some kind of "other" that you think you already know everything about.
Have you ever drank alcohol or taken mind altering substances before? Would you appreciate it if others judged you in this way as a result? Especially if you gave your life to expose extremely vile corruption and people dismiss it just because of that?
