This is the Story of D-Ice the Leader of the Red Jacks and subset of the Southside Hoods. He is incarcerated but that does not stop him from pulling all the strings needed to take over Wichita Gardens from The Purple Jacks. He'll need Claude's help to to do it though.

Been so long that I hadn’t noticed the symmetry of having a minor gang leader give you missions over the phone on each island. Such a clever way to avoid the time and cost of animating models for the conversations

These videos are great, the only problem I'm having is with the thumbnails, kind of seems like you'll just pull random artwork for characters you don't have a name for, even if that artwork is already associated with a different character, and so while I do understand the GTA 3 artwork gets confusing af outside of the obvious ones, i would just ask to try and not confuse people just because you need a "person" in your thumbnail. I digress though, we live in the clickbait era, and the videos are still great, keep it up!

It's a bit strange that the gang is at war with each other Even though we never see them fighting On the street and even assist one another when the other is being attacked or carjacked
Probably programming limitations. It'd be amazing if they could make it with their current programming and engine.

Best way to fix it is to remove your memory card after loading, that is what i remember doing

D ice and the red jacks are a joke..they didn't start taking action until you showed up...the nines and jacks just walk pass each other like its nothing at least other gangs fight and shoot each other when they see one another
Because they are still one gang, just in different units
