    Great video! Gives me the confidence to do this part myself. I did my Silverado bumper which was more complicated. My question however is how do you deal with the parking sensors? Are they not attached to the bumper? That's the part that had concerned me.

      Thanks for the Video! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Parlandealey Vanish Ringworm Process (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one of a kind guide for revealing how to repair your vehicle minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker after many years got cool success with it.

    • @GarageNoise
      @GarageNoise  Před 4 lety +2

      It's called a trim removal tool . It can be purchased on Amazon or your local auto parts store. Thanks for commenting.

    The plastic piece under the bumper is the splash shield
    not the engine cover.

    Great video! I had one of my Lexus Es 350 Parking sensors fail. Driver side front bumper. Lexus dealership wants $600 just to replace it. I can buy 5 brand new OEM parking sensors for $50 on ebay so wondering if it would be easy to just use your video and remove front bumper and replace the bad sensor? What is the name of that tool you used to pop off clips>? didn't see a description in your parts section. Thanks again!

      That clip removal tool I pick up at harbor freight i believe. They have kits on amazon that are inexpensive. You can pick one up at your local auto parts store as well. You can definitely do it yourself and save some cash! Thanks for the comment!

    Sorry to bother, maybe you can help me.
    I have an 08 lexus es350 that I'm rebuilding.
    So the manual says that h7 bulbs are the right ones for the car low beam.
    But the pins of the bulb are not wide enough to connect into the connector coming from the car.
    I feel like I'm missing a part between the conector of the car and the bulb(as they sell it). It's there an adapter or socket where the bulb snaps in and then connects to the car plug?
    Can you help me out please.
    I got the car without any headlights and bulbs, just a bunch of connectors hanging down.
    Thanks in advance ☺

    • @GarageNoise
      @GarageNoise  Před 5 lety +3

      No bother at all. Unfortunately i don't really have an answer for you. I have seen adapters that go between harnesses and bulbs. My advice would be to contact the dealer and a tech may be able to answer that question. Some models also have hid headlights and some don't it may have something to do with that. Good luck!

    • @vincentfisher5895
      @vincentfisher5895 Před 4 lety

      That car was available with two headlight options .base model halogen .or HID. Check with a shop that specializes in aftermarket installation of stereos remote starters HID lights and so on or
      contact a body shop my 07 es has the HID headlight option. Hope
      this helps daniel.
