I wonder if a mild compost tea would up the nutrient content. My chickens drink compost tea over filtered water and i use it to soak their grains for feeding. A worm farm would provide a suitable product and house it in the greenhouse and process excess product, or keep a mower there also and feed the worms lawn clippings. Alternatively, a molasses solution, or seaweed solution could be an easier alternative. Just spitballing here, your system is already amazing. As you know people out there spend a lot of money an complicated systems that would produce a product that is certainly no better than yours. This video deserves many more views and I’m sure that in the fullness of time it will reach the audience it is due.
