We need more people like him in politics. If they choose not to join politics, we actually need them and well respected Malaysians/Academicians to work cohesively and 'guide' Malaysians to the 'right path'. Humans have talked too much about race, religion and Royalty until there are fights, chaos and murder. Look at what is happening in the other country. In the matter of excessive religion, it creates elements of takfiri and ghuluw and that is what causes Islamophobia in this world. Yes Sir you are the Man. Many so called religious man talks with nafs to please their mindset and their followers. They condone to the Syariah but yet they commit "Syirik". Shirk is the highest form of Sin. Islam teaches that God does not share his divine attributes with anyone or any forms. Associating other forms or believe in their heart is disallowed according to the principles of Tawhid.
However correct he is, he is not providing the solution. It's a political problem, so it needs a political solution. He can only help if he is involved politically, not speaking as an academician which never solved any problem (in our Malaysian context). If academicians had done their part to prevent the problem from taking such deep roots, I imagine they would be well respected and Malaysia would have done much better.

Belum lagi di bincang sudah ada demonstrasi jalanan. Walhal allah s.w.t itu juga tuhan bagi bukan islam. Ini di akui oleh ulama2 islam di malaysia. Tapi isu ini di gunakan oleh sesetengah ahli politik utk menjadi "hero" di kalangan rakyat. Tambahan pula isu ini berlaku beberapa bulan sebelum GE. The problem we have is that there are double standards. When politicians say things which are obviously wrong or are lies, they are not penalised but when citizens make even the slightest comment, they will immediately be punished.
We malays were often described as racists.. A justifiable description in some situation but a fraudulent general description.. But real racism is silent..the other races are guilty of it as well..
Nobody said there's no racism in other races but the issue is the law should be fair to all races and religions. If we just let the law protect only one religion/race more than the other then it will encourage systematics racism towards other races/religions. This is the root of the problem that divides people further. Of course racism will still exist even with a fairer law in place, but at least it shows we have the country supports the right idea.
Everyone become racist when they feel their race is more important than others. Only when one sees another as himself harmony will flourish. Most Malays are good people. The problem is the special rights agenda which promote racism.

Sebenarnya takda masalah pon pasal 3R. Masalah nya budaya ini di gunakan ahli politik utk kepentingan parti mereka apabila tiba GE(general election) . Budaya ini sudah dipupuk hampir 60 tahun. Nak mengubah cara pemikiran ini mmg susah. Saya tak salah Tuan. Sbb tuan tidak hidup di kalangan masyarakat 🇲🇾. Setiap geografi masyarakat setempat berbeza cara mereka bersosial. Saya beri 1 contoh utk pemahaman. Seperti Sosiologi Arab & malaysia. Bukan semua arab muslim. Ada arab kristian, katolik & lain2. Masalah nya di 🇲🇾, melayu itu hampir kesemua islam atau memang semua melayu islam? Ini baru 1 contoh. Banyak lagi yg perlu di lihat. Lagi 1 Tentang kalimah allah di dalam bible. Ini lebih sensitif. Belum lagi di bincang sudah ada demonstrasi jalanan. Walhal allah s.w.t itu juga tuhan bagi bukan islam. Ini di akui oleh ulama2 islam di malaysia. Tapi isu ini di gunakan oleh sesetengah ahli politik utk menjadi "hero" di kalangan rakyat. Tambahan pula isu ini berlaku beberapa bulan sebelum GE. Di rantau timur tengah kalimah allah tiada masalah di gunakan dalam bible. Tapi tidak di semenanjung 🇲🇾. Jadi Goverment mengambil inisiatif secara berhemah untuk mengekalkan keharmonian di kalangan masyarakat berbilang agama seperti di 🇲🇾. Seperti yang di tuntut oleh islam, kekal kan keharmonian & mengelakkan perbalahan 😅. Ada masa kita berjumpa lagi. Insha allah. Assalamualaikum

What he has done is describe the rot that is spreading throughout the country. Our problems have been swept under the carpet throughout our history. Now there is so much dirt it is overflowing all over the place, and the rot smells.

The problem we have is that there are double standards. When politicians say things which are obviously wrong or are lies, they are not penalised but when citizens make even the slightest comment, they will immediately be punished.
We malays were often described as racists.. A justifiable description in some situation but a fraudulent general description.. But real racism is silent..the other races are guilty of it as well..
Constitution grants Malays superiority over other races
Nobody said there's no racism in other races but the issue is the law should be fair to all races and religions. If we just let the law protect only one religion/race more than the other then it will encourage systematics racism towards other races/religions. This is the root of the problem that divides people further.
Of course racism will still exist even with a fairer law in place, but at least it shows we have the country supports the right idea.
