Yes, my trauma memories surfaced after my dad died and I needed answers to some important questions! Two years later, my daughter revealed to me that she could see and hear spirits and that my dad was in the house a lot! With her help and with the help of a professional psychic who mentored us, I was able to talk to my dad, and later, my mom, who both helped me get answers to those questions. Being able to connect with my dad from Spirit, catapulted my healing, because he was my main abuser.

My adopted Mom treated me very poorly during my childhood, but after years of rage and self-hate I am now getting to a place of forgiveness. She has passed on, and I hope that whatever demons she had on earth are resolved. I realize now that my Mom probably did the best she could, she had a very difficult life. But I still grieve for the close parent-child relationship we never shared.
Thanks for sharing! Isn't it wild how much we can continue to communicate with your loved ones and even have better relationships with when they are on the other side? That's how it is with my grandparents.

I'm praying for you as you deal with losing your mother. God bless you. Yes, we can heal generatioal trauma. I introduced The Body Code to my friend, who is now a practitioner. Several times she has removed stuck emotions that were generational.
Does she/he do long distance healing? I’m looking for one, but have Lyme and have neurological problems.

I live in the home I grew up in. 5 yrs ago, my heating system blew up. The fuse tripped and turned off, which I think prevented the house from blowing up. I had to move out for a couple of weeks and for awhile, I felt alone, in my decisions. One night, while sleeping, my deceased brother came to me and told me he was there. ❤
