Yes! The purpose of life is about all life on the planet, not just human life. It includes the plants, the animals, and the micro-organisms. We - and the planet - will not heal until we drop the arrogant belief that only human life matters.

Yes you are right. The problem is that human beings think that they are only a physical body with all the rigidity of their ego. They even don't grasp that they are above all spiritual beings living a human experience. They act on a autopilot mode with all the hystery embedded inside, absolutely directed by the mind, unaware of the soul's voice, that of the wisdome and the respect of the nature. I feel pessimistic

the meaning of life is the development of awareness which automatically develops the love in your heart,thats what your soul is up to so if you stand still for 10 minutes a day ,its an open eyed meditation done in a comfortable position on your feet,just listen to your breath,lock your eyes onto a point off in the distance slightly above eye level,its the most powerful of all meditations,your soul is developing awareness and happiness so if you do too you are pulling in the same direction of your soul,life goes so much easier,its where the surrendered state is to be discovered,our world doesnot understand its the nature that gives us life,we are an insane species

We can change the past.
What keeps the past stagnant is the refusal to acknowledge it and process it. We've been living in denial, thinking we make people equal, but no one--not Blacks, not Indigenous people, not Women--has been made equal. Diversity isn't about letting people in to the dominant culture (which implicitly remains the dominant culture), diversity is accepting that every being is sovereign and has something to add to society.
We change the past by acknowledging it and allowing ourselves to be a thin layer in the evolution of Life. We are the soil, and we are this year's green leaves.

We MUST change the past or we have NO FUTURE...& Yes I have had personal experience with this going back 40 + yrs in my own life.
Working metaphysically with our
"past lives " leads us to the revelation that they are ON going
and we CAN change them & when we do we change our "current"
life accordingly as we are all one.

That´s just it, Robin. Yes. For first, I am amazed by the number of you tube videos. Each one them expects to be listened to. Not only once, but to subscribe for some hundred more videos. Do they think people not having a life to live? Well, most people´s message is said in a five minute video, no more videos needed. I myself do not even think that what I have to say is more important than someone´s life of their own, and their time, every minute of it. As if a leaf was something much more than another leaf.

Your words about tearing down the house brought to mind my going to the house where I was raised and discovered the roof was completely gone, trusses and all. The doors were gone and it was naked under the sky.
Strangely, it felt like it reflected me and my life like an empty frame after many disasters and passing of time. There is so much beauty and pain in life. I only hope that I can be something that creates as much love as I discover and enjoy daily.

I love your work Caroline. As a recovering addict and depression sufferer (past tense), you helped me dig my way out of a hole I perhaps dug for myself in a way. You have helped me have insight and foresight I never could have imagined. You have become a sort of mystical guru in your books, seminars and personal truth. I find you so intellectually stimulating and emotionally/spiritually provoking. Much of what we talk about in a narcotics anonymous group I attend is incidentally based around much of what you teach and infuse in the sense of prana and human grace. Even in times of hardship and personal calamity, I have turned to your many works to infused betterment in myself and self progression. Alongside this. I have regained intuition I thought was lost. I have better insight into myself and mentalisation of the behaviour of each and every human soul thanks to your insightful meaning and infused belief. The capacity we have to both hurt and also heal and enact the guardian of compassion as you describe in Sacred Contracts. Searching within ourselves for the truth and that voice that never settles even in my darkest days of thought. Behaviour and loss of life lived.
My name Jason has a certain mythology of the Golden Fleece and healing connotations to it. You’ve made me rediscover and respond to a sense of innermost peace and tranquility at times like a human essence of Valium. But without the negative psychiatric consequence and with more of an empathetic and glowing sense of insight and personal growth.
I can only hope to present the best of myself by way of what you teach. My sense of spirituality has found a grounding and a newfound belief in your inferences and spiritual logic/beauty of holy language. Intuition is real, strong and powerful. Sometimes to the point of hurting myself in life to escape it.

I just found your video. May I say that my anger, my resentment and my need for an apology ended soon after the death of the man that hurt me when I was a child. When I heard he died... I felt utter peace. I felt safe and I could breathe. I used to dream of confronting him and exacting an apology. I never got that but when he died it was finally over. There is satisfaction when you can place a period at the end of being victimized. The nightmares are over. We are being victimized now and we have been impotent in our attempts to stop it. Peace, safety and taking easy breaths will come November 3/20. It's the beginning... Anger, if used wisely, is an opportunity that can bring rise to positive change. It is not to be ignored. It is not to be swallowed. It is to be faced, released and dealt with in a healthy, life-giving way.
The purpose of life is to serve with love and kindness.

An Aboriginal Australian saved me - quite literally - from my own rage 🙏🏽 As for the virus, it’s shifted the whole world’s view of the USA to being one of pity for a ragged, debt ridden nation that cannot afford a public healthcare system for its people - ironic, given that the USA is at the cutting edge of medical tech 😮

I have to respectfully disagree with you concerning our country to a certain point. What I see is people like you continue to turn a blind eye to all the good that there was and also that is within our Nation. People like you simply focus in on anything and everything that is bad , and refuse to acknowledge anything good or positive as if none exists or ever did. There is no country, not any nation on the face of this earth that is all good and every nation has it evil and bad within. I have to disagree with you as well. I love our country and would die for it. I refuse to turn my back on all the good there was and still is. The trend people like you are spreading is nothing but negative things and you acknowledge not any of the sacrifices people have endured to live here in this country where we are blessed with freedom - where that people like you want it to be stripped away and completely rewrite history that is full of lies and hatred. Fractured is putting it mildly. Families are completely and literally divided.
@Eileen Farrar I hear you, I feel you. Sadness, frustration, anger... All natural and acceptable, though also approachable as opportunities for growth.
With that in mind, when
you said "this is deep in her cortex", I took it as you meant 'brain'. It is deep in there, yet from the other part of the brain. The part that runs on 'automatic', the one that's fearful of change. Fear often shows up as anger, regardless of what or who is pointing to the need for change.
We, humanity, have been graced with a newly evolved part of the brain; the cortex (neo cortex). Its not resistant to change; it welcomes it, yet it is too new, so we don't YET tap into it automatically. I emphasize YET cuz it is possible, we just have to learn to tap into it and build up on it, so we take power away from that other part of the brain. It is possible for her, you, 'us' to get past the long held beliefs that keep us fearful, that then bring up anger.
There is HOPE! I've been studying under a developer of a system that teaches how to tap into that part of the brain. Once tapped into, we build up on it to take power away from the fear-provoking part of the brain, so we can turn things around!

@@kellyrn6014 exactly! Which is part of the oldest part of the brain of our species, so naturally we resort to it automatically; the neuropathways are very engrained. Tapping into the newer, higher region of the brain more and more, through a developed, researched, effective technique creates, and engrains, alternative pathways for better outcomes.
The more people practicing this technique, the better everyone will be, interact with others better, look for opportunities for mutual betterment, have more confidence, joy, etc, etc.
This all sounds grand retraining a primitive brain but doesn’t the subject have to be willing to change? Also how about when the family member is glued to TV news propaganda of hate/fear, finds even more hate news outlets & podcasts and follows people like Alex Jones? They buy his merchandise and wallow in this. When your family literally loses their minds then what?

I was sinking into a place of despair this afternoon and the tears were starting to flow as I checked my phone to see, is there anything that will actually help me here in this moment... I've heard your words so many times, If I were your spiritual director... Would you ask me, is there even an ounce of self pity you won't look at in yourself? Do you actually imagine you alone are suffering? Would you really rather that all the people who are fighting for their lives had begun a process of fighting for their lives three years ago when the other driver aimed her SUV at you and changed your life and your body but ended hers in the blink of an eye, do you really wish the length of your present suffering in even one person? And do you imagine you were the only person in that ER the day you were taken there, and the day after, and the day after.... And your loving words here and so many places in this world aren't meant, have never been meant, as a punishment or in any way to make the suffering worse, but instead to point out the universality of the experience of suffering.... And in that, there's no need to heap the illusion of being alone onto the rest of it.... Thank you for your beautiful heart, your blessed soul, your willingness to softly bring us to some sense of the greater journey. You always have a very special place in my heart, and I needed you there speaking to me today. Thank you and bless you.

Caroline, I am just going with the flow. Theres not much i can do to the changes that are coming. Just move with it. I will not let whats happening make me angry..And with this i find harmony. Since I was been born in '57 there has been drastic changes. I think the first for me that hurt me so much as a child to witness on t.v. and the gatherings in the home was the talk of the Vietnam war. I have been crying all my life. To be hispanic. The people who died and discriminated for being gay and having aids....and on..Now i see! And no more. I stay in harmony. Thats whats good. Hi Caroline. I am so happy to be home since March! I have worked all my life and didn’t realize how angry I was about working. I forgot why I was doing what I was doing. Thanks for talking about the bigger purpose. My purpose is to see and help others find a way to change their pain/chronic issues through reverse trauma motion with a new, individual map. I have taught with my method since I was 17 (I’m 55) and lost track of why I was teaching and became burnt out. Also I felt stuck because I wanted to help more people than just the ones who came to my center. I recently got my Masters in Creative Writing but felt I couldn’t do both so I began to feel stuck and cranky.
When you spoke of purpose, I saw you and how I could help you and I don’t ever do that outside my business door to stay sane. Not that you want my help either (even though i would love to share with you what I see 💕!)-but it put the biggest smile on my face and opened the door to a whole new idea. Thank you for this video!

It’s a process Caroline. The task is to understand the past, to understand the why of the statues, the why of my miserable existence that was not my fault but a racially systemic plan to keep me enslaved. Once the community as a whole has come to thoroughly understand its story and the discriminatory structure designed to do that to us, then we can move to use the power that that knowledge provides. A decade yes. Thank you. Don’t try to quell the uprising, it is the yeast that must rise for the movement we need.

Kinda felt something last August . The universe was putting a stop on my life . It said stay still and go into yourself and watch what happens around you. I needed to stop and heal all the pain and hurt that I have endured in this life. To become a more simple person to have gratitude for everything around me always. To become honest peaceful loving empathic humble mother and daughter of this world.

I find myself struggling with guilt from my past, rather than anger for others. In discovering self-awareness I have uncovered the many layers of selfish behavior that form the foundation for this guilt. I was a very selfish and self-centered person, in my youth. As an Astrologer for 37yrs, I was born for these times... you are correct “it will take 10 years” for the transformation of the human collective... WHY? As an Australian Aboriginal woman, we are harming the planet with greed corruption and dysfunction, balance and harmony is a must for us to survive as a race. Please I ask All to stop, breathe and hear their hearts calling... We will watch the US have another civil war, sadly that seems to be where the US is heading, hopefully we will learn from your great Country. Lay down your arms please...
This was a good experience for me. I won't lie, I don't always agree with you.
