4:47 That is so smart. When you brûlée the cheesecake they melt the cheese ever so slightly so not only does the cheesecake flavors open up but the juice from the fruit slice on top of the cake seeps into the cheesecake to expand the flavor pallet. Gosh that is probably my favorite way to brûlée.

I went to Eileen’s and got the Oreo cheesecake and it was so good and fluffy like they said. I would also definitely recommend Juniors cheesecake, it is soooo good
