This brings me back. I used to work at The Cheesecake Factory as a "Baker" and during our first day or two of training we had to try a bite of every single cheesecake and the towering cakes too and describe their flavors with enhancing words as if we were talking to the customers.
And it was a new location so everyone was new and training there together. For lunch we'd all gather around every day and enjoy everything the cooks were learning how to make that day as well.

My new favourite thing to watch. I like the format, I like the 'assistant's' as they sometimes 'speed' things up. I like the difference between eating speeds. You can tell when someone doesn't enjoy the whole show.
I actually kinda understand Link's scale, I think he's got a mental image of the average cheesecake and he compares the others to that mental taste. He gave the base cheesecake a 50, at least.
Link has some weird moments with his scale, but generally what you said is the exact scale he uses. Which technically should be the correct way to do it, as 50/100 is literally average. The average, plain cheesecake might be very good, but it's STILL the average cheescake, it still gets a 50.
More understandable to me than Rhett's "everything gets an 80" scale.

The cheapest one here is 7 dollars plus tax.... its literally the same price as a burger or any other entree at fast food joint no need to exaggerate. Decent price for and item that is your whole daily value of calories in one serving.

Idk I think the old intros where they ended with "Let's talk about that" were better than these moment spoiler intros. They were more creative and sometimes funny. But also they were iconic enough to spawn LTAT.

You guys and the whole team are great absolutely love the show, one thing I think you guys should do to help with the rating is have a diagram with them all in front of you and write them down so you can be sure your rating some where you think they should be, again though love the show guys always waiting for more! :)
