- Clutch re-installation. This requires an entire video segment. I'm simply re-installing my original OEM clutch - it was working great before the motor rebuild, so no reason to replace anything. Getting it back on can be a little tricky.

Any help i saw the diagram, i bought a new clutch kit, i put it in with the wright order and the clutch did not full engage ,i put 1st gear and when i allmost left complete the clutch it starts to move,any help please ... Hellow from Greece😎

Can you show me where is the thermostat please on that bike and how to change the cooler liquid maybe you can do a vid on that i cant find one on you tube
Don't the clutch plates have an outside facing and an inside facing side? Great vid by the way. Gives me the courage to tackle my 1999 R1.
I wonder if the clutch would be the same for R6 2000
Did you stagger the outermost friction plate?
Did you use a torque wrench for the clutch pressure plate?
Why no wire lock reinstalled?
The plates of my r1 1998 have a sharp edge and and smooth one on the other.Dus it matter witch side you install them?
i did that but now my clutch doesn't fully dissengage. What is wrong?
i took my plates out to check them put back in and now clutch wont work
where are the clutch springs?? i took my 01 down and it doesnt have anything but that doaphram spring. and but my 03 does have springs.
not sure about oil on the clutch plates i thought the r1 was a dry clutch or am i wrong ?
Can you put the clutches back together without the small plate and inner springs I think that’s what they are called
What kind of oil did you use to re oil the disks?
did you have two piece rings on at
