- Are you living your light? Not your life, but your light?
I'm talking about that spark inside that ignites you with passion and purpose. That's your light. Everyone is born with their own inner light. Yet so many of us are disconnected from that thing that really lights up our relationships, careers, health, and life. What covers up that light is all the fears, negative thoughts and past baggage. Our energy becomes dense and heavy as we walk around carrying the weight of the world.
But our light is always there, and it's available for us to access at any time. Once we recognise that, we can start to let go of those fears that are holding us back. And we will once again be reconnected to a path filled with purpose and passion.
It’s time to start living your light.

Thank you. After a lifetime of dealing with sociopaths, narcissists, and toxic "family" I was thinking to myself this morning that I wasn't sure how I was going to go on. I've spent most of my life trying to get love and acceptance from parents and inlaws who have made it like a hobby to bully and abuse me. I'm not a victim, I"m a survivor, as my counselor has pointed out. This lady's words of wisdom as well as her love of animals have been a gentle reminder that I still can create a life of meaning away from these toxic people.

I'm not dealing with the intensity of the problems you seem to have, but perhaps a simple exercise would help you refocus yourself. Try to rewrite the above statement you made without using the word "I" so many times. I've discovered in my own life when I am able to shift the focus of my words, a natural refocusing of my attitude begins. When you open your focus to include the larger picture, you may begin to see yourself filling a great need for others...which, in turn, will help you understand you better. Just a thought. I wish a life of love, laughter, and joyful service to you!

Sometimes it takes decades to finally let go of trying to please others but when you do it feels absolutely wonderful I promise you. I hope it happens soon for you and if you let it then it will happen. There's no doubt that loving and concentrating on animals and all creatures out and around you helps and don't even have to turn your back on humans as there are so many good people out there too.

I can only imagine what that woman has been through in her life that left her in so much pain and hurting, before she found peace again. Being away from the chaos of this world, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by dogs and cats sure does help healing IMO.

Antoinette is a favorite of mine, whenever i hear her voice i stop & listen like a child sitting on the floor before her Teacher. I feel like i am watching Her in a theatre, a one Woman show who has Depth & Wisdom, Clarity & Honesty & Her words are accentuated by her movements & language, i just Love Her, if School was taught by Antoinette i would of succeeded in Life lol & had a better platform to launch myself from.... I like the Candle Analogy, very powerful, i used to watch the bits of black wick that would be thrust through the wax to outer region of the melted wax & then it would turn & come back to the flame, reminding me that everything returns to the center, nothing is ever lost... Sempre acreditei no que ela disse sobre estarmos conectados com a natureza. Quando eu era pequena observava a chuva que caia, as flores que vinham com a primavera, as árvores se preparando para o inverno. Tudo me encantava, mas também me dava respostas do que acontecia em cada período. Always, I am uplifted by your videos. I am not a victim, I am a survivor just going through the familiar territory of CPTSD again. I have given myself time to heal..again..and love Antoinette's use of a candle in the morning. I know my light can shine bright, people are drawn to me but just now, my heart is heavy, cold, afraid. There is no joy. So, I will light a candle tomorrow, dream of the beauty of a lap full of kittens, and look for the small connections that Antoinette reminded me of. Art, music, books, pets, birds, garden, wind, sun nature all feed our spirit and inner light .people try to crush us. Those people you walk away from never to see again..surround with people whom accept you for you .and have their inner light never trying to crush yours
Wow! This brought me to tears. For someone who lived in pain, hurt and extreme anger for years I relate so deeply. Finding peace and light was the best thing and I'll never go back to the hell of darkness again.
And oh! I got in trouble too for having many kittens, taking more in and feeding stray cats.

Great to see and hear her words. We spent three nights with her and Om. It felt as though we landed into a story book. As the rain fell on the cottage roof, and the sky darkened we sat and listened to Antionette share her stories by candle light. We sipped herbal tea sweetened by wild honey that they recently collected by hand. We took walks with their pack of greyhound dogs and watched in awe as they leaped and darted across the landscape. It’s a time and memory that I’ll cherish forever.

I don't know what language this woman is speaking (maybe Dutch?) but I am absolutely in awe of her voice and her diction. She fully sounds like a great and majestic sorceress casting a powerful spell. I hope I sound half that magical when I'm her age.
Itzak, Antoinette is speaking Afrikaans - one of the 11 official languages of South Africa. It is derived mainly from Dutch, a very expressive language. Glad you enjoyed her story telling.

I have a big problem with your videos. I can't decide whether to binge watch them all at once, or watch one a day, or one a week. It is so hard to stop watching, but I also want to savour them. I don't know if Antoinette will ever be on this channel again but all I know is that I will keep coming back to this again and again and again. I watched all videos on this channel but felt a special connection to Antoinette. I somehow found her number and decided to message her. She doesn't replies but once she did! I couldn't believe that she did.
I told her how I was struggling with opening my heart. How I couldn't let my tears out even tho I wanted all of it out so badly. She told me Mother Nature and Father Time are the great healers, be patient and wait for your innerlandscape to develop and for your fountain to overflow into tears. It is a daily devotion....
And indeed it was the best advice ever given to me.
