- Much of the world’s conflict comes from a closed, heavy heart. We suppress emotions that cause us pain, we suffer from worry, fear and trauma. We encase our hearts in layers of protection, a fortress around our most sensitive selves, and the heart becomes rigid and closed. So our heart loses its shine and the spirit becomes restless, and unable to authentically express itself.
But we can learn to soften our hearts, recognising that we don’t need the armour it thought it needed to keep it safe. You have the choice to free yourself of the emotional burdens you are holding onto. By opening your heart, you help yourself, others and the world to be a more loving place. Let go, choose love, and let your spirit soar.

Thank you so much for this.Perfect timing. I have been wanting to not live for the longest time i can re-member. But actually it is not wanting to live,because to be alive with life force flowing through me is Beautiful,even in the pain. But it is increasingly difficult to live in this modern world that is a death dealing,non feeling capitalist entity.I do not want to live in this society. I am finding it incresingly more and more difficult to get up and leave the house (which is actually a tiny caravan) even though nature surrounds me. This lady is right the Heart has to be opened up...i love her wish for humanity. I have been wondering why i am here and today i searched so deeply and what i came up with opened me up more, to live for the animals! They seem to be assaulted and abused,manipulated by the mainstream human society and perhaps this is because some humans have their hearts closed. And so maybe today i am deciding why to stay here on earth in this Humanity,that needs so much more Love.Thank you for this Xx

I wish i could understand real meaning of life too and mostly not to be afraid of it. One person lately told me that 99 procent of ppl just pretends and lie to themself that life is beautiful and so on. It hit me hard cos last years i feel so depressed and mostly anxious about life. Right now even existing here is so hard for me. I cant make peace with it. Logically life is hard. We get old, we get more health problems and we die. And i really am afraid of it. I just think i am not made for this life. Doesnt click anything with it. I try to watch videos of this channel in hope something will click in my head. I have support of my family (mother and my 2 sisters) that i am grateful. I try to be positive but reality is so different. I was always different. Any advice? is it really so hard? Try to see beauty in the small things around you, the sunrise, the sunset,... start somewhere small and bigger things may unfold as you go along. Try to look at a glass half full, not half empty. We hope you can find positives. 💚

She speaks my language. I don't mean the technical language, but that language that comes from a well somewhere deep within. I could listen to this lady all day. I am in a bereavement after losing my parents to covid this past year. I don't have to be the strong person I am to everyone, it was a relief and I couldn't stop crying.

How ironic that someone who once made a living as an actress, pretending to be someone else, has not only found authenticity through her journey of healing, but shares it so eloquently. You can still sense the actress in the way she expresses herself, but listening you know without a doubt it's a message from the heart, not the head. She admonishes us every day to find something that touches our heart, and at least when watching the video provides that for us with all the adorable kittens.❤
I didn't knew she was an actress. How amazing it is that she found such a pure way of living and got away from absurd desires of life. She said in her pervious video that the secret to life is being content.
I wonder how can I be content while living with people who are almost never content. She's in deeply love with the herbs. When I have enough money in the future I want to travel all the way to South Africa and meet her. I know I know she has a lot more to tell and I know know my heart wants to hear a lot more from her!

When the pandemic came to Montreal, the world scattered into its corners, and I was alone. Alone to take care of me, my husband and my house. There was a lot of time to be quiet and listen from within. Over the next 2 years, it all arrived at a very primal catharsis for me. By that point I knew I could do anything, after surviving the life I've lived and now this pandemic, you could throw anything at me and it would just roll off my back. I sat for months, listening to me (from the inside) and I have learned so much in these past 4 years.
