Best quarterback we’ve have had for the last decade. People must not remember the QBs we went through before we landed Carr lol. Jamarcus, Charlie Frye, Mcgloin, Gradkowski, Jason Campbell. The Raiders Defense constantly puts pressure on the DC to try & make plays. Even when he does, the defense gives the game away. Multiple coaches changes, off field distractions/issues from teammates, & WR1s the never pans out for him...like DC has done the best he could with what he's got & never complains about it.
He's never had a defense ranked above 23, but the blame goes on him somehow. So dumb. He's not out there allowing the other team to score.

One thing about carr is when he has healthy pieces around he can maximize his team’s potential & come up with big wins. It’s unfortunate he got drafted during a time when the raiders were in cap hell & had nothing but crumbs to work with in Oakland. In vegas is easier to attract free agents & play better in a dome stadium. He can easily play into his late 30’s if the raiders keep drafting & signing qualtiy linemen. Carr is underated & disrespected by a lot of Non Raider fans & even raider fans sometimes its crazy.
He is about to go crazy this year.

Why do Derek carr never get the credit he deserves, we've been struggling for years and I belive Derek is literally the only reason we haven't tanked. He's been the floor to the organization for a while and is committed to the raiders and to us. I have to support that I think now that we have a coach and a team who knows. The schedule is tough but I know we'll figure it out I truly believe were on to the superbowl no more than 3 years bet.

And how many playoff wins does Derek Carr have? Oh that's right, *zero* ... Carr also has a career record of 57-70. 4800 yards and only 23 TDs for 14 INTs? Cousins had over 500 fewer yards thrown than Carr with one less game played and still scored 10 more times with his arm and another with his legs while throwing half as many interceptions and losing 3 fewer fumbles, all while playing on a dated, run first offense. Cousins *IS* the better quarterback.
The Vikings defense was absolute trash last year. If they didn't give up any 2 minute TDs, they would have been 15-2, that means their defense threw away 7 possible wins within the two minute warning and none of those were on Cousins. Obviously allowing none within 2 minutes all season is incredibly unrealistic, but if the defense could get even 3 stops, the Vikings would have been 11-6 and easily in the playoffs. The Raiders weren't amazing, but still had a much better defense than Minnesota.

As a Raiders fan, I love having Carr on the team. He’s definitely the most controversial Raider in Raiders history. You ask the old school Raiders fan they think of Raiders to be like Ken Stabler, Howie Long, or Lyle Alzaldo. Just being renegades, outlaws, tough, or outcasts. Carr is complete opposite.
