    when i search 6 inch speakers they usually come up at 6.5 inch...will those work?

    The link to Amazon's wire adapter says it doesn't fit my '02 TLC, should I just ignore and order?

    Does the Metra 72-8104 Speaker Wire Adapters fit? Amazon listing says they are not compatible for 1999 Land Cruisers?

    Also what color is your LC. I've been strongly considering painting mine destroyer gray and yours looks great

      @@mlinder2000 both are good option in my option. Recommend checking out macco's commercial (same paint used for fedex and ups trucks) paint jobs if your looking for durable but cost manageable options.

      @@OverlandTrax heck yeah. Thanks for the tip. I've about given up on painting it because I was worried about Maaco/Econopaint durability and didn't want to pay 10k for a top end job

      Thanks for watching, I have not done anything with the speakers in the back since they were covered up with a drawer system 🙄

      Back is about the same to do. Follow this video, and take out any other screws you see on the door card before removing it. I believe there is a plastic clip that pulls straight out in the door somewhere.
      If you’re replacing with OEM, this won’t be a problem, but when I upgraded my speakers in the back to JBLs, I had to widen the hole behind the speaker grill slightly.

    have you done the rear subwoofer as well

      I did not, I ended up putting a drawer system in the back that would have negated any subwoofer upgrade

    What tail lights are those?

      They are aftermarket, don't recommend using them; ended up putting OEM back on later

    So replacement speakers are 4 ohm 6ohm or 8?
