    These companies are smoking the crack pipe. Outrageous prices with feature cuts. This phone for 1TB is worth 1299 and thats being generous. It's missing sd card, screen is smaller, and offers no real upgrades to justify even buying it.

      Just in general the market don't care about Ram like me and you do. General market spoil Samsung to bully us about raising price giving you less Ram and stuff.

    You want a 2015 phone with 2022 specs lol. Having a removable battery means water resistant limitations. Agree that micro SD should be returned but the headphone jack is a dead tech for the majority of users including myself. Plus Samsung is literally giving more than enough credits on preorders to get buds for free. It is unfair that they marketed 16gb. Either way it sounds like you'll never get a phone you're gonna be happy with

      Before I only use headphones jack for listening to music, and now I was forced to use Bluetooth, totally agree about Bluetooth is the future. For sure it's really convenient.
      These days I will only use headphones Jack for microphone recording, But that is just me, for sure will let the Market decide what they want. I can't stand when company pulling out features and tell us what to do.

      Many people would still use the headphone jack IF we had one! Getting a free pair of earbuds doesn't solve the problem of not having a jack. So you have to use an adapter, which really is silly. But let's say we agree that an adapter is OK, we definitely need the SD card slot. Why not an RF blaster? It's handy. Why Not an Audio DAC like the LG V series? Best audio on a phone. It was great! How about some kind of 2FA authenticator on the back of the phone? As security is always an issue having a 2FA detached from the phone ( like separate screen/hardware ) to truly be secure would be super useful. Base Memory should be 256 at this point. The Ultra should have a flat screen. Why does Samsung insist on giving note users a curved screen is beyond my comprehension. ;-( lol - I like my S22 Ultra a lot after using it for 3 days. But the innovation seems to be gone on many fronts. Samsung is turning into Apple and the innovation that made the Note series stand out in the early days is now fading rapidly.

      I was borderline wishy-washy of buying this phone. If they had 16GB I will buy for sure even tho I don't like a lot of the other missing stuff.
      I want 16GB so I can squeeze more years to this phone to future proof it as much as possible, as I don't like buying phones every year.

    Dude canceling over ram is stupid explain why you would need over 12 to 16 GBS of RAM in a phone. It's not a lie it was only mentioned in 1 unofficial event. There specs never showed 16 gb of ram. Also you can still use RAM plus and get 16 gb of ram. I also pre ordered S22 Ultra 1TB Exclusive Red and Tab S8 Ultra 512 ultra.Ultra. I never once saw 16 gbs of ram on the spec sheet. And Your letting 4 gbs of ram turn you away. I'm also a super power user and never even close use up to 12 gbs of ram. On my Z Fold 3. Even with all the multi tasking and productivity and while gaming with a CZcams pop up or music playing. I don't think rendering videos pushes the 12 gbs to the limit. Most desktop PCs of average people still have 8 gbs of ram.

      Using Ram as a tipping point excuse to cancel because I don't support the practice of last year model has 16GB and this year is 12GB.
      Plus I don't like the boxy shape, I am just gambling to see if they will have a different look for next year.
      I know there is a lot of demand for the phone, and since this year is not my cup of tea, I decided to cancel and let other people that wants one to get it faster =)
      Nothing personal, but for my personal use, as for my purpose, I know what the ram does for my purpose. All I am hoping is to keep it the same as s21 Ultra RAM 16GB , as I don't want to keep buying phones every year.

    what bugs me is the habit of thinner is better even if to sacrifice battery life, but also the removal of options that if you don't use them other people do

    • @ProTecStation
      @ProTecStation  Pƙed 2 lety +1

      Most people and the market are very gullible, Samsung and Apple like to take advantage of the majority of the market's perception.
      Do you know why they keep making phone's thinner?
      Not because of style or trend.
      All the trend thing is a brain wash.
      It's all about nickel and dime people, but people don't realize and buy it thought it is style.
      From what I can see and my perception, making thinner phones = thinner battery.
      Thinner battery = smaller MAH size.
      Small MAH Battery = more profits.
      Also thinner phone uses less raw materials such as aluminum, metal etc.
      Once again, they are trying to nickel and dime us.
      So they exercise their engineer to make the phone more battery efficient, so when they slim the battery, the over all material will use less, = more profits.
      Just like removing headphone jack, MicroSD, less ram, no charger in box,
      Non removable battery, so when the phone dies you go line up and buy a new one, a lot of clowns buy it non removable battery because waterproof. Like I saw lots of gullible people in this market, that will spoil these manufacturer to give us less shit, as you can see a lot of people from the comments defending Samsung like it's part of their family. Or they are stock holder and shit.
      I can go on and on for hours, and I can bet non of the internet ever thought about this.

      Sony seems to have check all the boxes and superior camera specs.
      I didn't get it because it doesn't have SPEN.
      I really wanna get it because total package is hard to resist.
      If you don't need the SPEN for sure Sony is the way to go.
      Superior Camera, 16GB RAM, headphones jack, Sony quality.

    I personally think the s21 ultra is too slippery thanks to the rounded corners, which aren't the same design as the s22 ultra at all. I never had a note so I'm ready for my 512gb. It's more work to use SD compared to external ssd cause u have to find your slot key, open, close, wait, open, readjust, close and put key up. Ssd is the wave and alot of computers don't have SD slots either. And you keep saying 1600 while u have almost 1200 in trade-in devices right there. Why are you keeping them? Just seems harder to try to maneuver two phones instead of just getting the one 512gb and idk trying it first. 1tb is too much just get ssd
    Not to mention they give more virtual ram this time around and the ability to switch the amount

    • @ProTecStation
      @ProTecStation  Pƙed 2 lety +3

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts ✌ I would take a slippery phone any day than that pointy corner for the Ultra design. For sure MicroSD will be more work, but for my self I will get 1TB + MicroSD, not just 128GB with microsd.
      If you ever need to transfer the internal 1TB back to the computer, you will then know it's a hassle waiting for the transfer.
      I keep saying $1600 because some people might not have a proper phone to trade, such and crack screen etc. For my situation, they only give me $450 for trade in, so I rather gave my old phone to my folks to use than to trade it to Samsung, just me tho.
      For this year I will do it the hard way using 2 devices, as I really don't like the design of the s22 ultra, I try not to buy a flag ship every year. If I need to buy one, It would have to be a great looking and ergonomics design.

      Also we get more range and versatility this time with the virtual ram

      Yes, that's why I emphasize a lot that I am not your typical user, I don't just use 16GB on 1 reason, or 1 application purposes, if did mention the video will take 1 hour to explain,
      The phone has Dex, so I can use it like desktop like environment, so run custom apk for virtual environment such as virtual Os, Android etc. My level of maximizing this phone is not your general user. Plus bro paying $1600 per phone, I want it to reduce the future proof for a few years, as I don't wanna spend $1600 this year and then $1700 next year , and then $1800 the year after, as these sucker raise price every year.
      Also I don't like the design, as well.
      Wanted to buy the damn phone because of 1TB, 16GB ram and Spen integration.
      Not hot about the boxy design, so that was the over all tipping point for me to skip this year.
      Anyways super appreciate you have the curiosity to ask me, just not asking too much. Since s10 ultra has 16GB, s21 has 16GB, now it's see 12GB.
      All I want is reduced the future proof in terms of hard ware.
      Plus Samsung 8GB will only give you half out of the box,.
      8GB = 4GB
      12GB = 6GB
      16GB = 8GB
      They always reserve 50% for system resources.
      For me running virtual environment, my 12GB will have 6GB, and 6GB only can split half, so only have 3GB for virtual environment.
      All am complainting s21 ultra 16GB will be good enough, but I don't want s21 ultra because it doesn't have integrated spen.

      Totally agree, my current phone has a crack screen, so it's worth dirt cheap, and plus I was planning to get 2, so I don't have anything to trade it that worth so much.
      Congrats for you to be able to get a $1000 trade it, I'm sure you will love the new galaxy. Thanks for sharing your comments ✌

      But the carrier forces you to get a contract or upgrade to their most expensive plan

      Agree with ^^ I bought the unlocked 512gb s22 ultra and would hate to be stuck in a contract for 36 months with Verizon. I get the new flagship phone every year with no contract. The extra gifts they give im going to sell like the buds pro they don't match up to the Sony xm4 earbuds that I've used since launch.

      @@DidIDoThaat t mobile was giving me 1000 bucks for my note 10 plus but they wanted me to get their magenta max plan which is like 80 bucks a month for 2 years, I'm currently paying 40 bucks a month for my phone bill, so it doesn't make sense they will just make their money back

      I decided to instead go with Samsung, I'm getting the ultra 512gb for 800 dollars plus a watch 4 for 45 dollars, seems like a pretty decent deal to me.

    Nobody cares why you cancelled, and don't act like you cancelled two phones just for 4gb of ram that wouldn't even make a difference in the real world. Just admit that you are thirsty for views. Pure clickbait. Stop crying.

      1st of all thanks for watching, the phone is for business use , I hope I can ran entire business with the tiny device, but for sure with a powerful phone it does help support my business as a tool. Anyways bottom line I need minimum 16GB of ram, as I know the capabilities and limitations of the device for running custom APK for my business work. 👍

    What the Hell? You saw what?
    Sorry, but there was no 16GB Option.
    I know what you mean, nut test was Not the officiall Side from Samsung. It wasn't by the Way at the Time of the Prasentation, it was befor that.
    I was wondering too.
    Fact is, to get a 5000 mah Batterie in a Phone with the SPen, it was quite clear the cut of the Ram.
    16GB was for a Special Model of the S21 Ultra. Quite funny you don't talk abzutun that. Try now to get one, you can't.
    You want no S22 Ultra? Thats o.k., your Problem. The Reasons you talk abzutun aren't some and to need 20 Minutes to talk about is ridiculous.
