🙏Thanks again for watching and I hope to see you on the next one!
The open space between the kitchen, great room, sun room and covered back porch. Good stuff.
I do like this plan. The main level is well thought-out.
What's your favorite room?
Nice homeplan. They should offer the 8ft doors as an option. Just feels more luxurious.
Now that's a great idea!
At this price point, I want a ZLINE appliance package...🤑😀
Lol, I see it in a lot of houses now. Must be doing something right!
Nice home. With no basement, what about storage space? Hopefully, there are options available for a storage shed for yard machinery, and then the family would have storage units added to the garage for bikes and gear.
Hi there! Storage always comes at a premium with a slab home, no doubt! Some of the home sites in the neighborhood are basement lots so this plan could be built with a basement. The builder themselves don't offer sheds, but there are many providers who do.
Nice house
Thanks! What do you love best about it?
No amenities? That neighbor better be ready!
Lol, don't all try to go swimming at once
Nice home and front porch is nice, but definitely not $1Million worth of nice. Dont mean to be harsh, I know you didn't build it. But no basement, almost no yard, no amenities, with starter home builder grade finishes and wire racks in closets and pantry, and tile work. You can be actually on Brookstone and surrounding Country clubs for more square-footage with basements for less and just spend the savings on private school if the school district is the justification for this price.
I get where you are coming from and appreciate your thoughts. For instance, I know of a home in the Links at Brookstone with one of the NICEST finished basements I've seen, like we're talking level 1 finishes throughout, that may be coming to market in the $900's with similar square footage. Ultimately, homes are worth what people will pay for them, and so far, 4 homes have sold in this neighborhood. I expect that over the next couple of months, maybe a year max, all 22 sites will have sold.
Beautiful home. Whats the price?
Hi there! One just like this is on the market for $953,612 on Lot 3. The model home, when it becomes available, will likely be a bit more.
You only showed 4 bedrooms... Where's the 5th?
Also I only saw 3 bathrooms... Did I miss part of the tour?
I have a newborn at the house, it's possible I'm a little bit too sleep deprived right now lol... 🤷
I missed showing the powder room on the main level. Also, the model is configured as a 4-bedroom, you're absolutely correct. They market it as a 5-bedroom because most people take it that way where the office is a 5th bedroom. When the main level guest suite is added, a private bathroom ensuite gets added as well. It takes away from the wraparound porch though. Here's a diagram of it: www.kerleyfamilyhomes.com/plans/washington/?community=ford-landing#gallery_thumbs-9
@@TerenceRichardsonTours 🎉Congratulations on your newborn baby 🎉!!!
Thank you! We now have two just 11.5 months apart. Things are quite lively here!
Kerley Family homes is the worst builder you could ever choose for this major investment! We Live in Gunnerson Point and this company is horrible! Don't simply take my word, read the reviews from today back to 2021 and you will run!
Oh no, what happened?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours This bulder cuts corners, didn't have the house finished for the scheduled close, planted dead trees in the landscape. Installed a damaged HVAC that had to be replaced twice, leaking guest toilet on main floor and made countless errors with promised upgrades. And finally all of the wire closets have fallen of the walls. The worst exsperience ever. I'm not the only one. Again don't take my word for it, Come to Gunnerson Point in Kennesaw and interview the first owner you see! Everyone has a horror story!
@@andrelanders4783 I'm sorry to hear about the troubles everyone had in Gunnerson Point. I've sold a few KFH and haven't had clients experience those kind of issues, but they were in different neighborhoods. What I've found when it comes to new construction, regardless of builder, is that the strength of the construction manager makes all the difference. I've seen the same builder, build in two different neighborhoods and the building standards were completely different. In one, everything was buttoned up, clean, very few minor items on both inspections. The other, a complete mess, tons of delays, even failing county inspections. Same builder, different construction managers. Again, sorry to hear about your story. The LAST thing anybody wants when they buy BRAND NEW is to have issues with the house. That's one of the main reasons people buy brand new...
