In this video we shall be diagnosing and fixing a Ford Ranger 3.2tdi. The vehicle has an engine management lamp on and the adblue malfunction warning light with P204D and P204F fault codes stored for the reductant performance and reductant pressure sensor.

Found this video after a very disappointing experience with the same message on the dash "AdBlue System Malfunction" and the AdBlue range being worryingly low (31 miles). Trouble for us is, no EML and no codes other than Glow Plugs. Took the tank off and fund the Pump Assembly was damaged with a nipple broken off and cable tied up. Odd!! Replaced the pump assembly hoping that would solve it but NOOOOO!! Still got the warning and still no codes. Gonna run through the wiring next. Fingers crossed! Wish us luck as without a code, we're a bit in the dark here. Anyway... this is just a very long winded way of saying Great Vid! Well done Steve. - Nikki

Well, here in the States, we call it DEF fluid. Common language, with different terms. LOL!!!

The first few minutes of this one lost me Steve. Wasnt really sure why the tank was pressurised and kind of worked it out once the damage was repaired and showed correct values. Never worked on a reductant pressure sensor system before to be fair

I also have P204F on my T7 XL but I can't find any PID associated with reductant system in Forscan, also the multiconnector seems fine.... DOH!
Nice vid, after some advice have a 2006 ford focus error code U0118 is there any come faults or is it the modules that are usually the problem?
