    Hey man, nice video. Can you share with us where did you get the brand new tail tidy? Maybe a link would suffice. I am looking for one myself but only found a very expensive one from Ermax.

      The customer supplied that one themselves, but I believe it was an R&G tail tidy. Hope that helps 👍🏻

    What brand of penetrating oil do you use? I'm hoping to upgrade from WD40 😅

    where do you get all of your bike parts from? especially for the chinese stuff?

      Chinese bikes are very very difficult to get parts for so if you do find a good supplier please let us know

    Nice job but it wont pass its next mot. No rear reflector.

      We fitted a reflector to the number plate (which isn’t shown as we like to keep reg plates off the channel) 👍

    What model bandit is this please? I have a K5 (2005) 650 and I'm unsure if the R&G tail tidy will be compatible with it, as it's only advertised for models 2007 and after. Thanks

      The R&G tail tidy will fit but needs altering for the battery to fit

      @ScarySquirrel Před 9 měsíci

      @@themobilemotorbikemechanic thanks for replying. Do you know what sort of altering it needs, or where I could find a guide please? Thank you again

      You need to cut the battery box off the OG under tray and attach it to the R&G one

      Did you ever fit this to your k5 I'm looking to do the same but unsure if the 07 to 09 r&g will fit @@ScarySquirrel

      @@ohmyfail604 I ended up getting an Ermax tail tidy, but never fit it as the instructions were so complicated. Massive waste of money.

    Weird question, and probably a stupid one but did you say the clutch cable was fitted too inside the sprocket cover and not the clutch cover 🤔

    • @themobilemotorbikemechanic
      @themobilemotorbikemechanic  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Yes that’s correct. The clutch cable is fitted to the clutch release mech which is inside the front sprocket cover 👍🏻
