Looks like heat shield held up well.
Very short test. We shall see how they really hold up
@@bs_serpentsbut just the fact that they could test it again, so soon after the last launch, shows that it held up very well.
@@juancarlosgonzalez8950 Didn't the last one explode? This is a new ship.
@@Chrsly Hi! I meant the heat shield on the launch platform.
@@juancarlosgonzalez8950 it's a new different ship. & the test mount I believe
SpaceX is letting no moss grow on the stone. I'm honestly surprised they jumped to static fire this quickly.
Here's to hoping Elon time becomes reality! We're living in the best time ever for rockets
I mean at this point the ship is basically already routine lol
Oh yes. Me too. As we have said for hundreds of years, "Moss doesn't grow on a rolling stone." How's your education coming along?
I'm not surprised at all!
@@erepsekahs Not too sure about that. Have you seen Keith Richards lately? 🤣
Absolutely quick and professionally- done turnaround, folks! You’ve set the standard here.
According to SpaceX on X, all 6 Starship engines fired, and by all indication, it was a success.
I love all the different camera views you guys give us.
Wow SpaceX is moving really fast with s28 and booster 10. I was buy for 3 days and now s28 is and b10 are already out on the launch site and s28 has even had a static fire!
It cut through the red tape already. Nice!
everytime it gets better no tiles falling off
1:42 Booster, watching the companion from a distance, is like, “yes baby, get prepared well, cuz m gonna push you hard all the way up with all 33 of ‘em” 😅
Nice! They are ready for this to become a production site in every sense. All personnel must be now enjoying the fact that they can quickly build on each success and move forward to the next phase. Congratulations to @SpaceX and thanks to @NSF for great coverage as always!
All that power with so few engine compared to the 33 raptor engines on the booster. Truly amazing what SpaceX has accomplished so far.
6 engines static fire confirmed by SpaceX on X.
Awakening Monster😮👍 Go SpaceX 🚀🚀🪐🪐🛸 Godspeed 👍
Wow! Quick turnaround for this video. Thanks Ryan C., Jack, and the SBL camera operators.
Was worried that Booster 10 being on the OLM was dangerous. But some of those angles showed just how far away they were.
Wow! That was a fast turnaround. Thank you so much. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch live and this replay was amazing to watch. Thank you, NSF, Jack Beyer and Ryan Caton. It's much appreciated. 😀
I like how the frost falls off the test object.
Beautiful,a sight to behold!
spacex had a video on x showing the static fire from above and it was clear that they fired all 6 engines, but they did it in 2 groups of 3 with a quick change halfway through the firing. the engines make sort of a triangle pattern and at halfway it suddenly flips, indicating that different engines are firing.
Thanks for the super quick turnaround with multiple views. Awesome job NSF team.
Thank you that was beautiful to watch!
The confidence is growing! Nice.
Such a beautiful sight!
It doesn’t matter how many times I see this…. It never gets old! SpaceX is setting the bar so high few will follow!
SpaceX needs to compliment NSF for the dedication you ALL provide in coverage and every camera gives one a superb detailed view. Thank you!!!
more like NSF should be thankful for spacex being a thing and letting them video all their content for monetary value with their videos and the merch in their shop.
@@SlickRickTPB Mmmm 🤔 Monetary value. If I recall, NSF is not in business to make profit. The founder just loved Space Shuttles, so funding for his Web Page was paid by his own money. When Mary decided to stay in Boca Chica village and offered to video the SpaceX rockets, Chris Bergin needed a platform to handle all the data. In fact Das was having to spend evenings getting the data transferred via 2 data links. So Chris or Das suggested using a You Tube channel. The funding from YT is not very much and the sponsors and merch help fund all the equipment, vehicles, tech gear, camera gear, remote sites, so that we get this great footage.
So you still think they are here for monetary value? They are here because they are 'living the moment'!
They would probably earn more money in a steady job. But who wants a steady job when you can be right here?
Awesome sight!!!
That bird got the hell out of Dodge!
Definitely a big white stain left behind before taking off lol
NSF y'all rock! Peace
That honk. Oh that glorious honk! 🥰
Awesome!
Great sound
Awesome shots guys! Well done Team NSF!
Nice !
In one month we've already had a ship spin prime and static fire and a booster lift onto the olm probably awaiting its static fire.
Spin prime, and then static fire...
And a Booster 10 cryo test.
Bravo SpaceX
Part of me says says they’re trying to launch before the end of the year so they can have an extra launch next year.
They probably will not launch until January because there are still a few more tests to do plus WDR. They will still likely get four launches after that first one barring any major setbacks.
@@michaeldeierhoi4096 I tend to agree but I wonder if Elon calls for a workfest over Christmas.
Those engines sound soo good!!
There were times we used to wait impatiently for static fires, but nowadays it's happening just like that 😅, what a course of improvement in rocket 🚀 development 👏, go spacex 🔥
Wonderful and amazing❤
I believe SpaceX will reveal more shots from this and an aerian view with a drone.
That was cool
This turnaround tho!! Amazeballs! And B10 lookin' all sexy up on that OLM... good times!
Amazing! This looks like the wall paper on SpaceX website where Test 2 takes off.
@NSF 👏👏👏👏👏👏‼️
Booster 10 just enjoying the show
What a beauty
Hell yeah!
Beautiful
Cool views!!
Ignition and cutoff seem much cleaner and more precise. They seem to have their ratios and sequencing dialed-in.
SpaceX seems to be moving pretty quick on IFT-3 prep. I wonder if they're aiming for a late January launch instead of the mid-February that most of us have been guessing.
I Would Say Mid January Instead Of Late January
was also guessing early/mid January for being ready for IFT3
im still hopeful on dec 25
@@apache937that’s gonna be tight. One booster SF, a WDR (probably) and the elephant in the room: *FAA*
@@apache937 I think that one might be impossible, as SpaceX hasn't even submitted their post-IFT2 remediation plan to FAA yet, much less acted on it, and FAA is all but shut down over Christmas since they're a government agency.
NiCE!!🎉
i like how the tiles stayed on
They're starting to make it look easy now .
All this is happening at a fast pace
That is one way of scaring away the birds 🙂
0:50 I just love that as the sound dies away, the 'cloud' breaks the pink tape, like a runner crosses the finish line in first place. Ship28 is a runner!
Okay good job 🔥🔥🧑💻🧑💻🚀🚀
Proud to be an American. 🇺🇸
🤮
Company run by a South African…
Elon îs from Africa 😂 are you still proud
What is a kilometer?!
@@legacy8369 rahhhhh
It seemed to last at least twice as long during the stream! Strange perception of time
i bet that bird at the start is like "why aren't there any other birds near that thing" and then it's like "oh THAT"S WHY"
Its very strong
Eyyy lets go
Let's get ready to rrrrrumble!!
Quick turnaround indeed, but it not like they had to check the previous Starship as it no longer exists
Seems like an aggressive way to clean the dust off the roads.
The next test can be inside my garage.
@@59seank I wonder if it can get the dust out of my rugs? Or perhaps just get the rugs out of existence.

Wow
Starship already moving faster than Falcon Heavy.
Great coverage NSF team. @0:08 What are white plumes that circle around the ship? They seem to be coming from an area that does not have cryogenic fuel.
I think those are shock waves that are created along the body of the ship when the engines fire. Not that I think I'm right 😂
Spontaneous condensation?
It looks like the center 3 engines fired first and then a second or 2 later the rest kicked in. Seemed like a longer stagger than usual.
guys, I've got a good feeling about this one
Worked fine?
About 2 seconds after engine ignition, condensation appears along top of Ship where there didn't appear to be any before. It moves around for a bit then seems to be dragged down by thrust. Does anyone know why the condensation appears after engine start? It appears to be around the payload bay area. TIA
How tiles are doing after this test? I think that it is now more important questions, because engines are pretty much brought to operation, but tiles kept falling.
Nice job NSF
Whose Zeppelin is that in the air. That's been up there quite some time now!
Who was rooting for the red rope? 😂 0:45
Bird says: screw this, I'm outta here!
The Tower And Starship Is The Best View
It's also still unclear what the number of tiles is that came loose.
Almost as much smoke as a Gardner 6LXB on a cold morning start up.
Bird's Ear Buds Bursted😅
👍👍👍👍👍🤗🤗 Cool!😎
And Hoppy, sage that he is, watches the whole program move along. Plushie Hoppy!
now it's time for b10
Looks fire more to one side than the other?
Anyone else notice venting at the orbital tank farm in the wide shot at the end?
I didn't think they were tied together???
If I recall, there is underground piping that they put in concrete U trenches running parallel to the Highway from the Orbital tank farm to the gate entrance to the right of the landing pad (well what was the landing pad) then angled towards the sub-orbital tank farm, so I am sure that they are linked.
No tiles lost it seems?
São 6 motores ou ainda com 3?
❤
UP!! Soon….
33 engines to go
🎉
That's a weird looking drone at the end.
Anyone know launch projection. Im hearing different things
👍
When did the Raptor stop the noticeable popping sound after they'd finished combusting?
Yes, thanks @meanderinoranges it was more of a honk than a pop...
😮
That red tape didn't hold up very well. They need to fix that.
