People complaining obviously haven't dealt with an insane schedule. It's not clean but it's not the worst way to hit your macros. When you actually do stuff with your life such as work and travel, you don't always have the best options available.

This really helps out since I'm a semi driver who also powerlifts! I can't always get to every place I wanna go to because of vehicle size, time constraints, and schedule! My only gripe is that in my travels a lot of locations stopped serving the super healthy stuff just because it wasn't selling. For everything else, I meal prep as much as I can.

I like how more fast food places now have the self serve kiosk and you can add or take out certain things. Racing BMX in the US i often find myself in unfamiliar city’s too. I can make something work for before and during races. I save the high end option restraints for after my weekend and enjoy the city I’m in

For Taco Bell, you can get a chicken soft taco (fresco style) with grilled chicken instead of shredded. It’s actually really macro friendly and can be eaten on a cutting diet.

I like his egg whites idea at the McDonald's, obviously he can afford the extra calories and carbs and what not. For me personally, I'm thinking more along the lines of getting 3. 2 without cheese. And using 3 slices of English muffins versus 6. Eliminates the fats from the cheese

This is random but im new to the keto diet and wondering if i could do it with jst eggs tuna and broccoli?
On the road I can do 1-2 days packed food as normal, about 3-4 days on mostly whey and instant oats, after that try and get enough protein and if I gain or lose a bit of weight whatever really, sometimes you've got shit to get done so you live like a normal person lol

Yes, but he wanted to extra carbs for this meal. And fair enough - the egg white delight is still a better option than many of the other breakfast sandwiches.
Sugar is not necessarily bad especially if you need carbs, and the ham in mcmuffins has like 1g of fat and the cheese like 3 or 4g of fat, that's lower than drinking a cup of milk lol

I remember when I was so anal about my diet, but after years of trial and error, I learned a whole new concept.
As long as your diet is 75 to 80 % clean, the outcome is the same offseason. THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is timing!!! Food every 2 to 3 hours is a must ! Never miss that mark, EVER!!!
Try your best to keep it clean 75 to 80 percent, but timing is more important than anything offseason!!! Relax bro!! Do not overthink it.

I am a teen and after a workout i usually eat 2 eggs with salad and 2 apples or 200 gr approximately greek yogurt with a banana and 2 apples are they good or you have something to suggest to me? Sounds like a pretty solid meal to me. If your goal is to lose fat, you need to look at your diet as a whole. Not just one meal.

People need to stop being so negative when it comes to fast food. When you have half decent genetics you can get away with alot. I eat KFC 4x a week and still remain fairly lean. Alhamdulillah.
It's not ideal, but when needed you can def find some decent macro-fitting options

Well, this Texas McDonald’s no longer sells the Egg white Delight. So sausage egg McMuffin it is. 1 day won’t hurt anyone. Especially if you hit the gym consistently.
Sorry, I won’t eat fast food. I work on the road 8-9 months of the year and I work 12 hour days. I always have time to prepare my own meals and still hit the gym. I also only need 5-7 hours of sleep per night to fully function the following day for work. I won’t knock anyone who eats fast food but in my opinion it’s a horrible choice even compared to walking into Walmart’s deli and getting a sandwich made.
Some would argue that sleeping less than 7-9 hours a night is a horrible choice for your health
