Yoav K He did...
Yoav K He told use on one of the c episode
wooow i'm from Comoros and i must say i'm hugely glad to see such a presentation of my country published on CZcams and got viewed across the worldwide. Thank you Dude for this beautiful presentation, keep doing such amazing things. Unfortunately you couldn't find a comorian to interpret, hopefully next time you'll find someone, if ever you need anyone, you may contact me to look for somebody from Comoros. Thank you so much
Abou Le Vrai What's Comoros like? Is the video accurate? :)
Tap Brother #1 what do you mean by what's Comoros like?
Regarding the accuracy of the video, i have to says it's almost perfect but there are few things that are may be misinformed by the person who was transmitting to the presentor especially the issue of the Island of Maore. But it's not a big a deal.
Abou Le Vrai "What's Comoros like" is just a common way of asking your opinion/review of life on Comoros
Narambé marahaba hou djé?😂 It's hard to find a good presentation of our country
nice country
'Wait until we got to the Philippines episode'
See you all in 2020!
L😂L
Lol same.....
~~After 2020~~
That was all worth it! Hmmm I wonder what's up with Malaysia and Indonesia...Imma watch theirs now....
+brunovervoort Only 106 more countries to go! 3.8 years! Or 2020.
+brunovervoort In my country we spell Philippines: Filippinerna. Dang, Gustav Vasa should have been more eager to colonize the planet. Dang it, Now I have to wait till 2020 for Geography Now to release the Philippines episode. Thanks Vasa.
I still wish Bandiaterra was real. You really made up an awesome country. So... what are you gonna do for April 1st this year?
Antarctica
LGTB micro nation
The Principality of Sealand :3
The Country of Québec
+Turning Guy nice one!
I'm from Comoros and I really enjoyed your presentation though you missed some spellings (that doesn't matter)! :-)
+Dega Jago Waanleykoum Salam. Yes we do exist though few people know about us😊😊
Ur pretty popular in Saudi Arabia !there is a main street with your country's name !!tho I think a lot of people thought you spoke Arabic haha!!great video
Angelo Ben Amad, hey i am planing to comoros can you please help me, whatsapp me at +918421742472 or mail me please belim.gulam@gmail.com
Angelo Ben Amad I'm from Comoros 🇰🇲
hello there, from comoros 😊🙌
Well, I'm not from Comoros. But I live in France and there's a lot of them there, about 500.000 I believe. I know some, they are all from Ngazidja and they are really respectful and devout people. They all recognise Mayotte as a part of Comoros.
They are mostly in marseilles
Can we all take a moment to appreciate how toned Paul is
And he's smart too.....alright I should stop drooling now.
But not too tanned to be...barby-cued...one might say?
Joe Greaves y
Hahaha i thought you were talking about the tone of his voice
@@Rhyas9 🤣
Comoros and Mayotte it's a quite difficult story, I still proud to be from Mayotte but it's really problematic in the area geopolitics
That sad moment when you realize no one in the comment section is from the aforementioned country...
Defiantly
+TopiocaLaChaine Enfin un français !!
As an African who knows people from Comores it is my duty to get one to comment here, dont fret :)
+Bruno Gava Tramontina I am. or more accurately my parents are
+Said Mohammed Bro get your parents on here
3 islands, but don't say that to their faces.
#COMOROS is UP! Enjoy Geograpeeps! Also join the Facebook fanpage and Patreon too if you want!
Keep it up! I'm getting good grades because of this! :)
+Geography Now IS IT TIME TO LEARN GEOGRAPHY!? Woooh :D!
+sHy CS:GO Short Clips you're new aren't you?
+Isaac McAuley Nah.
+sHy CS:GO Short Clips it's alphabetical order. How could you not know? He made a video about it
Cape Verde, Comoros and Seychelles are the places I've always wanted to visit. I'm kinda obsessed with the idea of visiting tiny African island countries.
Mahtlahtli Maybe São Tomé and Príncipe. But Equatorial Guinea is mostly mainland Africa with a few islands here and there.
Am from Comoros and i really appreciate your awsome Intro. you pretty much covered everything
Putting on Geography Now upload notifications was the best thing I ever did
I always love learning more about island nations. No offense to mainland or landlocked nations. They are interesting too. It's just that island nations usually have this allure and exoticism that surrounds their history and culture. Perhaps it's my mind telling me to book more vacation getaways. But I feel so enticed to learn more about island sovereignties for some reason.
Also, I grew up with Bananas in Pajamas, so major points, Barby!
I love island countries too, they usually have amazing weather, landscapes and great people
I love island nations too. No offense landlocked countries. It just there are something about them that so appealing.
I'm from Comoros and your video was amazing
thank you so much ! 😄
Kamila Jaffar Abbas, hey, i am planing to move to comoros can you please help or guide me whatsapp me at +918421742472 or email me at belim.gulam@gmail.com
C'est bien de voir mon pays
I like how this writing looks
Comorian and proud ❤ #TeamComoros Some mispellings in and there but that was quite accurate. You forgot to mention the ''Colonial Agreement'' which explains why so many african countries (14 to be exact) have French as one of their official languages.
hey miya how are you how can i contact you ? i Have been time searching for someone from comoros because i want to travel there i have a business Plan for your country dear and i want to make it the hawai of the arabs
I'm so glad you covered my country! People need to know about Comoros!
Tachfa Tchik , hey, i am planing to move to comoros can you please help or guide me whatsapp me at +918421742472 or email me at belim.gulam@gmail.com
I honestly don't think I would be any help cause I live in the US
Glad to see a fellow Mauritian on Geography Now! ;)
I loved Bananas on Pajamas! Or how we called here in Brazil, Bananas de Pijamas! :D (But they are Australians, not British)
+Yuri Matias The show aired in Britain aswell.
James Price Yeah, pretty much everywhere. It was a great success.
Yuri Matias
It was indeed.
After Congo, there will be Congo.
and hopefully after that the Czech Republic -_- Tired of waiting
uuhuhhhhhhhhhhhhh
+sisyphus
not completely true cuz Barby said he goes by the English name, so Cote d'lvoire is the Ivory coast (I)
+Rem First *B*elgium's Congo and than *F*rance's Congo
+ARC-9012 The Czech Republic is a good country to spend your camper-van holiday. Beautiful nature and castles.
I am from Comoros 🇰🇲
Iike the way you described my nation briefly tnx
Your french pronunciation is quite cute.
who also shouts "NOW" along with introduction song? hahaha
6:45 disclaimer Bantu people cannot walk on water hahahah
This is why I love geography now
why did they swim to Comoros when they could use a boat? did they even know to construct a boat capable of sailing to Comoros?
I'm pretty sure they sailed to Comoros instead of walking on the sea.
Blue Dude how else are they supposed to get there?lol😁😂😁😂
Love this series
Good to know that people still care about learning
great episode like usual.
looking forward to Zimbabwe in November 2021...

Good video. Really looking forward to the DRC video - although it's such a huge, complicated country that's it's going to be hard explaining
"Comoros! Yes,we are a country!"-Motto of Comoros
I'm from Mayotte island and I have to admit from 1:49 to 1:54 got me laugh to death😂😂😂..anyway I loved your presentation..basically you've nailed the most important parts and this is what really counts..keep up to the good work!

I just wanna say man your videos are really awesome and insightful, dont stop making them!! (also they make geography more fun and easier to learn at school)
These videos have such a great level of detail for the length of video! This channel is kind of my hero.
Comoros? I never heard the country before until I watched this.
Always so excited for new videos, keep up the good work Paul!! :)
Probably the funniest Geography Now! episode yet! Great job, Barby! Greetings from Finland.
I'm loving this series, pls continue :)
1:12 I can even name the dinosaurs - Grande Comore is _Corythosaurus_ (the one with a rounded head), Mohéli is _Edmontosaurus_ (formerly _Anatotitan_ ), and Anjouan is _Parasaurolophus_ (albeit turned upside down).
DAMN IT BARBY! Now I have Bananas in Pyjamas stuck in my head. Thanks mate...
Bananas, in pyjamas, are coming down the stairs
Bananas, in pyjamas, are coming down in pairs.....
*sigh*
+Heljaeger Oh and by the way B1 and B2 are Australian - not British
Steven Endres
Yep!
+Steven Endres I was about to say, I thought they were Australian! haha. I grew up watching it :D
Bananas, de pijamas.. Descendo as escadas...
It's almost the same thing in Portuguese.. The same problem.. Thanks Paul.. =/
They ruined it by doing the new series animated
Another great video, Barby, thanks for what you're doing.
Im from comoros and I'm so gratefulo you could make a such presentation. It's just amazing
We Arabs just call it the moon island tbh
+Cofi EAZY Please tell me this is a joke
+I Zan hahahah it is chill brother :D
+Cofi EAZY Okay we cool :) I am just getting pissed off with these xenophobics and racists that appear everywhere. Like even in a random commercial. These ignorant people give me a bad day :/
+Cofi EAZY I see you're from Serbia. Are you really a Serbian person or a gipsy. My best friend is both and he teached me a bit Romanee
I Zan Hey it's not like every country dosen't have its problems am i right?
I'm still kind of upset that Bandiaterra isn't a real place =(
+Windhelm Guard Drink your sorrows away in Candlehearth Hall....
Wait what
+Gary Busususaurus I prefer the bee and the barb
It took me 6 years to find an amazing presentation for my beautiful country, well done keep it up, Dude. Glad to see that hard work, Thanks for all. Next time I ensure you will find more subscribers from Comoros.
Very interresting ! Thanks a lot
Making a British guy say he'll rather be French is one of the meanest things you can do.
YEAH JUST CONTACT ME FOR THE PHILIPPINES EPISODE THAT IS ABOUT 5 YEARS FROM NOW
+marqgc Luck of you, im from Zimbabwe :(
+Bia Rosini oh my! you will have to wait a decade for that! :|
marqgc
It was a joke actually :)

+Emine Guner En DONT Zimbabwe!!!

OMG YAS! Loved this episode! I didn't know much about this country
This is my favorite CZcams channel! Congrats, Barby, you are great. I laugh and learn and I look forward to the next episodes. xD
The image at 9:05, with men and women in different queues is not from Comoros but from a traditional function/event in Buganda, the biggest province in Uganda.
So not only is it not about elections, its not even from anywhere near Comoros.
Just thought i'd point that out.
Great video otherwise.
Cannot wait for the Uganda video.
The Uganda episode is coming soon I think 😁
This is amazing keep up the good work man
Huge fan of Geographynow thanks for the video on Liberia lots truth spoken
Man,this must be really hard work to research a lot in a country and such!>< I'm really grateful that you decided to make this series so that we're learning and laughing at the same time and by laughing I meant the jokes and not the...you know.Incredible job.Keep up the great work and stay awesome~
10:20 A country being a tsundere. Now I've seen everything.
Omg, I just found ur series when my country popped up in the suggestions and I can't believe how long I've been at this.
I haven't checked the other comments to see if other folks have stated this, but I dig your t-shirts.
love this video😂 both my parents are from Mutsamudu in Ndzwani and they said Mayotte is ours lmao, how do I tell them...
don't tell them, they will not listen. If they do, they will be the first that i hear to do that ^^
I really love the scent of ylang ylang, and it’s amazing how Comoros is the largest producer of ylang ylang!
Sending lots of love to Comoros from China! 🇨🇳❤️🇰🇲
Im getting ready to shoot a vlog in The Comoros in a few months and also look at some property as I wish to possibly retire there or live there. Beautiful place with such potential.
I love your channel
Bananas in pijamas were really popular in Argentina during the 90's. I even had the sticker album.
British? Bananas in Pyjamas is Australian.
Once again great video. Pity that my Geography lessons don´t look like this. I would be super happy to help you on the Czech Republic video
I love this channel :D i learn so much about other country and culture..
Assalam-u-Alaikum (Greetings) to Comoros. Love from Pakistan...
🇵🇰 ❤ 🇰🇲
That presidency thing kinda reminds me of Avatar and the cycle of the elements.
+dani sechzehn Everything changed when the fire nation attacked...
avatar the last comoran president
@Jabati #ACFamily
OMG!!! I am from Mauritius too!! Such a surprise to see someone else from there!
Keep up the good work man!
That is exactly the situation with my siblings. Three of us remained Maltese and the other two became Italian. lol The island may be small but they have some pretty interesting history. Thanks for the great video, mate.
0:35 Hah! If u paused at the right time, you can already see the Comoros flag! XD
you aproved a lot! awesome video
Incroyable travail, bravo
Wonderful video, as always! :D Oh gosh, I do remember Bandiaterra, Paul presented it so seriously and with such effort and detail, as if it was a real country, and I almost fell for it! xD :3
+Victor Greenwood I fell for it !! I completely forgot it was April 1st
Fatortu Since I found this channel only about 3 months ago, I actually watched it recently and I was suprised to hear about the existence of a country named "Bandiaterra"... At first, I thought that the video was about a recently-declared independence country/state, somewhere in China or South-Eastern Asia. Then, when he said about it being located in an archipelago in the Indian Ocean I was imediately like "Wait, what? Is he talking about the Chagos Archipelago or what, such islands do not simply exist!" :O. I checked the upload date of the video and realised it was posted on April 1st! xD I now knew it was a joke, but I still watched the rest of the episode with a lot of pleasure! :D I am amazed what imagination Paul has, and how he made it so it seemed as if he was talking about an actual real island nation! He is truly amazing! :D
Stop flexing those muscles, Barby! Jeez, you're making us overheat...
I know...
Salvador Laurente Jr Liberia.
I am so happy this is out.
hey good transitions this episode! lol i love your stuff i know its hard to make episodes fast but i wait every week for your stuff and I'm never let down your awesome my fellow geography nerd
6:24 unsettling graph... that damn 'center' dot.
Salut de l'Azerbaïdjan! J'adore les Comores! Parce que nous avons la même religion. Et bien sûr, les Comores ont une nature magnifique. Aime de l'Azerbaïdjan!
congratulations on 200k subscribers paul!!!!!!!
Congrats on 200k!!!
Bandiaterra, *sigh* reminds me of how sad I was at the end of the video.
But what about (Say it with me): The blood of those who fought for the country?
BahnSpotter Its not that it symbolizes Grand Camore
This is by far the best CZcams channel.
Finally! It felt like forever waiting for this.
Awesome video!
(Psst....Bananas in Pyjamas is actually Australian...)
For some reason I really want to visit this country after watching this video!
Bianca Machado u welcome
Lol still remember Bandia Terra, best episode ever. Maybe someday ill visit there...
It is Actually speculated that the capitol Moroni actually was the namesake for the Mormon angel Moroni. The angel Moroni lead Joseph smith to the hill “Cumorah”. It is thought by some that young Joseph Smith read the stories of the Pirate Captain Kidd who did have stories of visiting the islands via the port of Moroni and thus how Smith got these unique sounding names.
