- Fix seized electric motor on Pentair Intelliflow (also may be applicable for other models) by replacing the shaft bearings.

Never tap on the outer race when installing a bearing on a shaft. You must use a pipe, a drift, or a socket to tap on the inner race only. Tapping on the outer race can damage the balls, the races, and the cage as all the force is transmitted through them to the inner race. Tap on the outer race when installing a bearing in to a boss. For the same reason.
I hope you replaced the ceramic pump seals, they were leaking as evidenced by all the corrosion.
Very useful suggestion.
Aa said before, never tap on the outer race.
If you put the bearing in a toaster oven on broil @350° for 10 minutes it will usually push on by hand. You will need heat resistant gloves.

Good video. Unfortunately all of my bolts were seized and the aluminum housing was brittle. New pump at this point
