If that retaining clip is hard to loosen/corrosion welded to the plate, you can look through one of the air vents on the side and tap the clip with a thin screwdriver. Likewise, when reassembling, you can peek through the vent holes and make sure it isn't blocking the reinsertion of the armature.
It depends on the size of the job. If I'm only doing this... 250.00. Sometimes, the bearings are hard to get or expensive. Remember to judge whether the job is worth it or not.

If they're in good condition, of course. New bearings are usually pretty inexpensive though.
New ones are so cheap why would you? Why repair with bad parts?
