I followed the story to the end…analyzing all the steps that led to the end. I understand that he loved her and he was trynna do all it takes to get her love him back, but it is important to analyze and see the situation sometimes. That time when she sent him the guard man to grab the medication for her after all that struggle he went through. He should’ve taken some steps back and realize how she’s simply trying to use him only in an ugly way.
