Hi my name is Lilly and I am an American expat living on the island of Koh Samui in the gulf of Thailand for the last 8 1/2 years. My husband is Thai and his name is Wat. We have 2 half Thai, half American boys named Luke and Leon. Nam is our Nanny and she is like family to us. She is from Myanmar and has worked for us for over 6 years.
Wat and I have owned several businesses together in Maenam Village in Koh Samui. Right now our restaurant Lilikoi Bistro is closed but we will let you know when we reopen.

I think Watt is so happy and proud to be a daddy. He doesn’t act like it’s an inconvenience to have the kids around in fact he seems to enjoy them. He’s always holding one of them ,so very sweet.

Thailand is a beautiful country, and the food is delicious. In all your videos, I have never seen your 2 boys cry. They sit and have their meals without a problem, and they are always smiling. A great joy to have kids like them.

I envy Nam. I have a nice income job but i haven't experienced the beach, 5-star hotel & food adventures Nam is experiencing right now with this beautiful family hahaha. Wanna trade.places with her just fot a month😂. Plus being with 2 cute boys especially leon the cherub baby. Nam seems like a sweet lady too😊

Lilly I’ve been watching your videos for a while now. I like how you present to us, the public, a beautiful side of Thailand. So often it is reported and we hear about the dark side of Thailand and I won’t go into details but you can imagine what it is said. And, it’s probably true but all countries have good and bad.
Putting that aside, I love how you show us the wonderful resorts, the local and international cuisine available, the tropical 🌴 🏝 landscape, etc . . . , and you do it all with a smile on your face and a positive attitude. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Your videos are like a breath of fresh air from the other CZcamsrs blogging from Thailand.
My son has been telling me for years to spend my retirement years with him and his family in Thailand. Twice I have visited but was not entirely convinced. Through your videos I see a nice side of Thailand I did not entirely know. I see myself enjoying the tropical landscape and seeing my only granddaughter grow up. She’s around Luke’s age. Once the Covid restrictions ease up, I might consider relocating because, quite frankly, I am tired of living in a hot, dusty, desert town looking at brown mountains, LOL 😆. The only thing I’ll miss is the Mexican food 😋 in this town. Greetings from west Texas 🌞🌵🌻

Lovely enchanted lifestyle in Thailand, the natural beauty, varieties of delicious foods, friendly people, not having all the stresses of living in Western countries, smog, crime, expensive bills/travel, etc. Locals living there not realise how lucky they are, also some expats might be complacent after years living there, taking all for granted. Nineteen minutes seem to fly by when I’m watching your vlogs. Your boys are so adorable! Nam on that net thingy was so cute and funny. Food looked great and so did the hotel. Are hotel prices that cheap because of the lack of tourists? Because that is CHEAP! You could have a great vacation and the biggest expense would be airfare.

It looks like a fantastic hotel venue. I love it. I also like the golf cart ride just as much as Luke does, lol. You guys made me laugh over Leon's hair and Leon too with his responses. He looks so cute. He reminds me of Pebbles from Flintstones (she's the girl baby).

So nice that you were able to get a foot massage while pregnant. My daughter is pregnant and desperately wanted a foot massage as she was having a lot leg pain. Unfortunately we were unable to find anyone local willing to do a foot massage on a pregnant woman. 🥺
My older brother, older sister and I visited Koh Samui in 1967. There was nothing like today. We stayed in a small hotel and ride on dirt road to waterfall and remember there were coconut trees everywhere on the island.

This place is amazing I think I picked a good place to study if it's going to be in the beach resorts and not too much of the city then Thailand is the best place to study for me to become a filmmaker Even though the people speak Thai and I have to eat Thai food but it's part of what it is You and your family are so happy to live in Thailand and have a beautiful kids and enjoy the beach resorts instead of being in the big cities where the crowded people big cars and more this place in Thailand is beautiful
