i love how happy everyone else is for him
Faith in Humanity restored for 5 seconds
Not the bank đ
i went to the mavs last game of the season there on the 14th and (which was an absolute blowout) its cool how passionate oklahoma is for the thunder and its fans
Trump gave me that much for doing nothing
Only time Americans cheer for other Americans is for entertainment so not surprised.
Even the guy he was going against was happy for him lol I like seeing stuff like this. Good for him
He gave him 200$ for Cheering
That will be about 13k after tax. He seems awfully excited for 13k.
@@2011hwalker your life must suck giving such a comment đ bitter guy
@@2011hwalker there is not a single normal person that wouldnt be happy to get 13k for making a half court shot. you included.
@@2011hwalker hope you get better soon my g
This gotta be a all time record for these fan half courts in a season đđđ
Every fan is prepping just in case they get this momentđ
People be practicing. Its actually not a terrible shot to take you really just have to shoot strong enough and you have a shot
Okc carrying
Someone hit this same shot in Game 1 đ
That's why you 'only' get 20,000$. There were times when they called it the million dollar shot đ
That playoff effect really hits

Lmaođ
thatâs tj hockensen wdym
LMAO
Dude has a perfect shooting form
Dude Perfect!
Yeah it was obvious from his free throws this guy hoops regularly. Wouldn't be surprised if he was a low level college player/good high school player. You can tell from his free throws he's a hooper.
â@@loverofhumanityFacts. As a high school and some college hooper myself I can always spot who has put in some hours in the gym getting some sort of shot and form. And once you get one, it never leaves you. đŻđȘđŸ
Agreed. They don't call him Cash Money Jashon for nothing. Perfect form
Ahsmwm
Not perfect but good. He thumbs the ball with his left which is why some free-throws were not straight.
Lakers should sign him for the series tbh đ
Lakers are gone lol
always someone bringing up the lakers
Well he isn't gonna bring up their skill so might as well mention them
Bro hit more shots in this clip then their whole bench combined so far against denverđ
@@seancathari580 Lebron living rent free in peoples minds lmao
Man I missed okc's playoff crowd. Those 2010-2016 thunder days are truly legendary!
Dem been da peak yrs
2016 was peak okc, peak cavs & warriors rivalry, peak Breen, peak everything. Miss those days so much

Did you see the elbow?
He better have actually got that 20k
Minus the 12% federal tax witholding, thereafter receiving a net winning of $17,600. And you deal with State of your primary residence. Then, coming at third, your wife will take a cut, and only God knows what her rate is. Two minutes of fame and a life time memory is worth a lot more and priceless and possible Globe Trotter try out.
After taxes about 10k

Good form and almost thru one down. Congrats Eli but theyre def gonna check and make sure you didnt play ball anywhere lol
Is that part of some clause?
@@pitmclord yes if u played ball professionally it could impact this and u wont get the money

wtf is that legal? How do they vette people beforehand
@@Playerz714 i'm sure he had to sign something beforehand and there will be stuff in the fine print, let's hope he's good
Damn that was cold
Bro Didn't Hesitate
I did something similar at a Spurs game in 2001. 5 shots around the key for $100 each, and it's $1000 of you make all 5. I hit every single shot and won the $1k. Everyone went crazy. It was my 15 minutes of fame. Everyone in that arena knew who I was for the rest of the game. Funny thing is they gave me a Spurs jersey to wear and it was #9, which eventually was Tony Parkers number.
That's cool man! I wish if the NBA and teams were more generous and less strict with rules. Just let people be happy.
Okay
damn they need to give you $10k for that
@@MyronZhao Haha! I wish! I think it had to do with what they could give at the time without tax implications
Cool story man
Decent athlete. Good form on his free throws and nearly threw down a dunk!
Got to love it.
Nothing beats the sound of the crowd when it punches in.
Bro could almost dunkđ
He spent all his hops jumping with the whole team hanging on him LOL count the bucket
He could dunk. It was clear he got up high enough just couldn't put it down.
And he's in jeans and not properly warmed up and still almost threw it down! Impressive.
@@BeatsbyBlanch Not just jeans, SKINNY JEANS my guy!!! LOL
Yea dude clearly had at least college-level ball experience. Makes it a little less crazy, but good for him.
Jesus the crowd was cheering like it was game 7 haha
Yeah, the Thunder are not losing tonight
You have to love the energy in the building!
Nothing but pure elation on his face. Love moments like this in sports!
Got chills watching this. Congrats, Eli đ
Ideal footwork for the half-court shot. A simple right and then left step gaining just enough momentum to help with distance but not sacrifice form
I love these half court shots!
Everytime someone makes the shot, i think about Will Farrell semi pro đđ
Is that when he threw the ball at the cheerleader hard as hell lol
Farrell?
The fans in OKC are showing up! The Thunder had to steal back that energy with a 32 point victory. Love it - every night in OKC!
Great shot dude!!!! Im happy for him.
Hell yeah, good for him and everyone else there. Good atmosphere in OKC.
The crowd pop was crazy. Even got the barks
W bro. Crowd went wild
Listen in @ 1:17 And we love that dude's hair! LOL
The dap up was crisp.
Wasnât there one in game 1 too???
Wait the announcer is saying 40k 1:29 or am I mistaken? đŹđČ bro should get 40k!!!!
I was just about to make the same comment.
I hear â40 thousand dollarsâ.
What a moment!
I love going back through the clip and looking at individual reactions around the 2:20 mark... insane...
Wild! I was there, last game someone hit the 20k shot too đ„ł
âHeâs got that dawg in emâ
* *whole arena starts barking* *
Everyone is so happy for him â€
Imagine if everyone was enthusiastically supported for their accomplishments like this just once a month. The next 29 days would be amazing. Then it's day 1 all over again!!!
1:39 for a sec I thought it was giving us a 360 view of the fans cheering only to realize the camera was just celebrating too đ
Consistently my favorite videos on the internet lol.
I love how every half court shot's been made, the mascots always gets the first hug.
That shot went in clean!
That pop was awesome
I love his dunk attemp đ
The way he didn't break his form shooting free throws you could tell dude was a baller
1:15 is where video starts. That guy actually has good form shooting freethrows and even when he shot the half court shot. He definitely plays. Should probably have not tried to dunk it though.
Hoopers recognize hoopers
The song was perfect for that moment. "If you had.. one shot.. one opportunity.."đ„
When preparation meets the right timing.. you get success
I swear these halfcourt challenge prizes are either win 20k or a bag of chips lmao
I knew he was gonna make it as soon as I saw his hand flicks during the penalty shots.
Kinda reminds me of that scene from "Semi-Pro"
Was that Sean Marion shooting on the right?
The pop from the crowd was crazy loud. That was dope; and it was for his wedding
Yes because that makes it a feel good moment. This is all scripted
Iâm happy for him!!!!
Bro Eli hoops. Once I saw his form and high arc at the free throw line I knew that half court shot was possible.
Fax
dude can shoot. nice form
Eli the freaking Rizzard of Oz for getting that hug in the end
That boy was STROKING it
"The bank wouldn't take my check"
"Maybe you should try a bigger bank?" đ€·ââïžđ
he actually has a nice form even while on the FT line... so not surprising he'll have a good chance of hitting a long one
Good job buddy and you can tell that he is a baller
All I can say is...what a time to be an okc fan, they got everything going right for them this season
Thus guy has nice form he plays ball for sure

ayyy we love to see it
the bank was like Oh Crap!
Another fan hit one on game 1 of the playoffs but he had 30 seconds to do it and made it on the last shot
I like how the other guy competing got hyped for him also
NAH THE ALMOST DUNK WAS HYPE AFTER ALL THAT
nice bro all the best
That's awesome!
Nobody gonna talk about the fact Jesus in the crowd?
Making him try the lay-up at the end soured the moment somewhat
That spinning ceiling camera took me out đ
@1:37 you can see 6'8 the great cheesing in the crowd
Weâve been that kid dreaming of a half court million dollar shot or buzzer beater. Iâve always dreamed of doing this đ«Ą way to go bro!

I like how the opponent was also celebrating with him
Jashon shooting like he on a chuck e cheese machine
Name of song please???
Jashon should never shoot a basketball again
Right on
I swear it's always OKC fans that be making these. I may needa make a quick business trip to one of them games

This goes back to what I said in the comment section something is off about this whole situation
