  • In this video I take your through a photobashing workflow within Procreate.
Fairly new to iPad apps - Photoshop is my daily driver.
I was amazed by the intuitive layout and features within the app, similar to big brand desktop software's.
Interested in more Procreate tutorials? Let me know!

Thanks...yes, the power of iPad software is not to be underestimated & is only getting better. And if the pencil is your tool of creative expression then iPad is home. 👍☕️🎩🎩🎩

Duplicate - maybe someone already commented, but you swipe left on the layer, and you get the menu(duplicate and delete). Swipe right(on not yet selected layers) to select multiple layers. 2 finger tap for later opacity, long press 2 finger to select later area (hope that once makes sense) and you can also long-press the layer’s check box to do solo layer visibility(long press again to go back).
Don’t want to be that guy, but just hoped this may be off since help (I didn’t know some of these for soooo long and wished someone had told me sooner lol)
LOVE this video and learned a lot. Thank you!

Robert!!!! Thank you !! you are the first person after looking at many many tutorials, that shows how to use Multiple photos on one layer..that was the trick I didn't know that you can't put each photo on it's own "Layer", all photos must be on the main layer!!!! Thank you! Diane

Awesome demo. Another tool to complement Proceeate is Affinity Photo that also allows for a seamless workflow between desktop and iPad as well as additional vectorizing

did my first ever photobash, I only have procreate, so im learning new on it. being colorblind is odd when working with colors Im deficient in.

    • @RobertDempster32

What a coincidence I was just watching an artist on TV that was colourblind. He painted traditionally and he numbered his paints to assure he was using the colours he wished to paint with. It takes a bit more forward planning, but keep at it and enjoy :D

Use the mask when you erase so you don't lose the picture.
