- This is our second video and this episode of Street Games Challenge, we present you the strong people of Bhaktapur where we reward the participants with Rs. 100 for each lift.
Each lift of 150 Kgs Deadlift for male would cash Rs. 100 up to the maximum pay of Rs. 500 for each participant.
Each lift of 80 Kgs Deadlift for female would cash Rs. 100 up to the maximum pay of Rs. 500 for each participant.
This project is led by Niral Thapa along with the team members of NYFC Nepal and NYFA.
We aim to encourage and inspire local people to embrace an active lifestyle and be ready for any kind of fitness challenges anytime, anywhere.
We acknowledge the form of the lift were not at good standards. We will make sure our participants attempt these exercise challenges in a safer environment.

10:50 the middle guy is the winner 🥇 in Burpee as he did it proper no cheating, gave his best. The winner cheat n did not do proper, his jump was like mini jump n no energy.
Right tried his best as well. The guy in the middle still won more then half way even with his full proper burpee.,,

Mero opinion ma: Ahiley samma nagareko harulai sakxu try garxu vandai ma garna dinu hudaina. 80kgs and 150kgs is not a light weight. May be we can motivate them with lighter weights and help to start their fitness journey. After all, nyfc's object is to promote fitness. 5 minutes ko quick tutorial le sikney vayeko vaye world ko sabai jana deadlifter huntheo. Back ma serious injury auna sakxa to earn 500 or less. Physically strong vayepani correct form is necessary.

Deadlift is quite a dangerous exercise. If its not been done in a proper form, it can cause a long term back injury to someone. I hope @nyfc is maintaining it by giving the prior instruction for warming up appropriately and stretching the body before lifting weights!!

Pain will start with lower back , then it will reach the hips all the way down to the legs. Deadlift with such heavy weight should never be allowed for those who have never done before…it could cause pain to point of not able to move at all for weeks to sometimes months or even an injury requiring medical attention
