- Watching this back is hilarious cause I'm an odd fella on camera haha… anyway here's the update video on the 701 Supermoto. I changed up a lot of things and completely refreshed the bike visually. It's much more pleasant to look at and to ride. I always wanted an all black bike so I'm stoked on how this turned out. Thanks so much for 123 subscribers and over 7000 views on the channel. Love the video style - no frills. Awesome bike btw, it sounds like its a little restricted at low rpms (too lean or rich). I had a similar issue on my WR until I opened up the air box and it is so much more responsive now. I don't know about the 701s though

husky looks so good, I have a fantic 125cc supermoto which I have customized a lot but I want to upgrade and I’m thinking about a 701 as my next bike, possibly with a full fmf.
What do you use to attach the gopro to the helmet?

Beautiful, I'm absolutely torn between the Supermoto and the Enduro version. I do want to load it up in my truck and take it to trails but I also wanna fool around on the roads with my friends. What are your thoughts?
Thank you I appreciate that a lot. So far the experience I’ve had is that it’s a ton of fun to ride on the dirt and gravel. Giving it some throttle coming out of a turn and feeling the back wheel kick out is awesome. It handles it really well and the bike doesn’t feel like it wants to fall over or slide out from underneath you. I’d say get the supermoto version so you can ride with friends and then purchase some dual sport tires and put those on so you can do both road and trails.
Sweet build dude. I’m at the same spot as you are, but with a 690. Graphics kit, stealth mirrors, fender eliminator. Thanks for the idea of just painting my orange hand guards to match my kit. Which skid plate did you go with?

I see a lot of people use pure motocross bikes for supermoto is it bad that I ride my 2000 cr 125 on the road?Also great bike one of if not the nicest 701 ive ever seen.
I’m fairly new to owning a supermoto so I definitely can’t say who should do what. My understanding is that the oil change intervals are really close together on converted supermotos and that seems to be the main complaint. Thank you very much I appreciate that a lot!

It’s an Amazon tail tidy. The previous owner did it. It sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. Needs to be re wired properly I think so it’ll work perfect.

They have almost the same everything. It comes down to which one you like the look of better to be completely honest.

Rides super smooth, but I bought mine with the fuel dongle installed which is supposed to help it ride smoother. I hear that when the bike doesn’t have the fuel dongle that it doesn’t ride smooth.
I have the KTM 690.
Great bike I really enjoyed the one I had a chance to ride.
