13-Year-Old Punches Woman in Face After Stealing Her Purse: Cops

- A 13-year-old is caught on surveillance camera grabbing a woman’s purse from inside a pharmacy in Seattle, Washington, police say. The woman chases after him to get it back and all of her things fall onto the sidewalk, video shows. The teen then punches the woman in the face, according to footage of the incident. Police eventually catch up with the boy along the side of a road and arrest him for robbery. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
Watching the other teens scavenge the contents of the purse that fell on the ground during the assault is actually sickening.
Yea at first I was thinking/hoping that they were going to collect it all up to give it back to her. So sad to see what happened.
