When you are so good at guitar you learn playing from different positions. This guy must be the best technical player on the world.
MAB is the GOAT. Period. I got to see him again in Knoxville this weekend. My 9 year old is still talking about it. I use his videos to teach them what you can achieve through hard work and dedication. For those who haven't met MAB, you're missing out. He's a good man. I always enjoy his stories and the time he makes for everyone.

I first started playing around 93 or 94. My uncle taught me. On his wall in his guitar room was 2 Nitro posters. We would listen to a lot of Nitro and Jim's solo album. Then my uncle was put on Michael's music company's mailing list. For Christmas one year my uncle got me a Planet Gemini shirt and an autograph 8x10. Along with my uncles collection was 2 signed letters from MABs company, and a personalized MAB poster. After years of trying to catch a MAB show I finally got the chance. After the show MAB signed autographs and took pictures. I knew this my chance to meet him and get a personalized autograph. I bought a show poster and he personalized it, took a picture, and HE gave me a business card. Dude was real down to earth and seemed just as excited to meet a fan as a fan getting to meet him. Thank you MAB for making that experience really cool!!

MAB is such a great fella. He's super laid back and down to earth. Nothing fake about him. No image to purvey or worry about. He displays who he is no matter what the setting. This is what I like most about him. He knows he is one of the greatest shredders of all time bit he doesn't flaunt it. He shares it in hopes of inspiring the next generation. Great guy.

as usual I am in awe.....Batio has become my favorite guitarist and I have seen less than 10 CZcams episodes. I've been into heavy metal and rock since the late 70s. I will be 54 this year. his humble attitude and excellence with due merit has inspired me to once again pick up the guitar. it just goes to show those who know.....ROCK WILL FOREVER LIVE ON!!!!!

Michael came to my highschool in Lake Forest many years ago and totally blew me away. that day was life changing, seeing him shred on his QUAD guitar was so sick! his music ALWAYS puts me in a good mood and gets me through a workout feeling pumped.

When MAB taps the dual harmonies is when I really lose it. Just epic guitar skills to the highest degree. He really loves the instrument.
I saw MAB at a guitar work shop in 2004. His skill and ability blew my mind. Has always had an amazing impact on me and my appreciation for the level of skill and talent required to shred like THE god of guitar.

First time I have ever seen MAB was in a movie named Shock'em Dead sometime in the 80's. Simply blown away. I used to think his ego must be bigger then his talent is. Over time, through instructional vids, and social media, It was obvious I was wrong in that assumption. Never met the man but hes one of the most humble pros out there. Thanks Mike for all you do!
