MacBook Pro 16 inches No Power (Previous Repair Attempt)

In this repair, we have a board that came from a previous repair attempt. Right away, we spotted the removal of the FUSE on PPBUS RAIL, and we guessed it was done to inject voltage into the line for short detection which would mean there was a short on the line, this was confirmed, and the short circuit was on sub rail of the PPBUS, this repair was not concluded, we were asked to hold.

In my case u7800 delivering all voltages except prime core 1.05 voltage what is the issue u7800 or anything to check more
