Advice for you: when we eat snail noodles, we don’t put all of the spicy oil, which will make it too “original” , I means too spicy , you can put lesser spicy oil, which will make it taste good for you

非杠精，只是说一下粉跟面不一样，面是有正餐系列的食物之一，但是粉就是拿来吸的，粉从来都没成为过高雅食品过。
我指的是單純說餐桌禮儀這個部分，因為我小時候長輩滿重視這個部分，而我家長輩也不是甚麼特別富裕的家庭，但小時候不論被帶出門吃宴(喜宴、喬遷宴之類的)還是在家裡吃，只要有上桌，不論甚麼食物和年紀(就算是與我同年大約四五歲小孩) 基本上大家都是有尊著這些規矩的(大約24、25年前)。
也不是要槓其他人不守規矩，但近幾年真的覺得好像很多人都覺得中式用餐會甚麼都不在意，單純分享留個痕跡。
建国是好意，调解气氛，意指妈妈觉得好吃。据我所知，北方有些地方是有这个说法，但不代表整个中国啦
