Magnificent performance.. thiis uniforms are amazing & Beautiful.. love this bigtime Thank you kindly for sharing 💞✌️
Absolutely beautiful there is no musical instrument that could ever sound as good as the bagpipes and never will be either
The most enduring memory I have of St Giles Cathedral, is seeing HRH Princess Anne, The Princess Royal dropping a deep Curtsey to her Mother, as they carried HM The Queen's Casket into St Giles, for the Last time. It still brings a Lump to my Throat & to this day there are a number of members of the Royal Family, who will forever remain Damned in my Eyes, no respect shown by them at all. I now have The Pipes & Drums of The Scots Guard, to add to The Memory of St Giles Cathedral.God Bless you Lads!!
Excellent videography by Haizhen's Hut...thank you. I watch this several times a week. What a lovely tribute to our late Queen!
HH this is just soooo good. The pipes, the drums , and a dancer too. What a pleasure. Thank you. LK from Canada. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Thank you for posting, regards from British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦 💓👑💐

Yeah buddy
The Scottish soundtrack to Her Majesties funeral is indelible, so powerful.
Excellent!
Absolute perfection! There's no better sound than Scottish pies abd drum bands!
Absolutely brilliant what a wonderful way to remember a beautiful lady with such beautiful music and her favourite kind of instruments the pipes and drums bet she's smiling down with her husband and mother doing the highland fling up in heaven
Absolutely....and...I'll bet the Queen Mother and P.Margaret will be having their Gin & Tonics! Kudoos.
With all the corgis past with the Dorgis sitting waiting for their treats.

Soooooo good !!!!
Gorgeous.
gli scozzesi ...sono unici al mondo , che mantengono le loro tradizioni ., è sempre bello vederli e ascolatare la loro musica , non annoiano mai !
Fortunatamente si sbaglia, a pensare che siano gli unici al mondo
😊I’m watching this video again, and I went the list of your videos, very impressive. It was difficult to decide which one to watch again. Hope I can find my way back to it,I’m not very techs. Great listening. LK from Canada❤❤❤😊😊😊
I love the pipes and drums, stirs my scottish blood, brings tears to my eyes
This video makes me want to watch braveheart
5:20 ..... wow!
🦊🦊👌
about time there is some up date ....good for morale.
I recognised ‘On Raglan Road’.
has your King ever danced the memorial dance with you?
so lovely to see the pipe band of the Scots Guards and the dancer in his kilt. I find that is missing from the Military Tattoo our Scottish Dancers in their kilts done the right way
Agreed if you want that you have to find the old old footage, it's rare these day's
I totally occur! And I would also like to see more pipes and drums performances during the Tattoo shows. I'm sorry to say but I didn't like this years Tattoo that much!
It was a good job and well done, but smaller and somehow lacked enthusiasm a bit....just how it came across to me. Loved the mass pipes and drums and many other "acts" but it was not the same as the older tattoos. Our military did a great job though. Guess with the cut backs and deployment would account for the lesser amount. I was just OK with the electric pipes but their entourage and their dress was horrible....maybe next time they could dress in highland regale and dance accordingly. As for the dancers who change half-way through, cute, but seems to be the same each year...maybe change that up and have them in Highland dress and dancing in teams.@@moniquevanaken2638
Luv them. But, how come the pipes have the Black Watch Tartan? Good job by the dancer as well. Well done lads. The Solo was magnificent. Tks to all who have enlightened me, much appreciated.
A wee bit of history...The Cameronians in the 60's (disbanded in 1968) stationed at Edinburgh, high in demand for the Pipes & Drums...the boys decided they needed a dancer...no budget, no money, so being creative as they always were, one of the lad's sisters taught her bro in the art of Highland Dancing. Hence they had their dancer when appropriate! I was related to one of the pipers so its true.
Other way round. The BW have the SG tartan. Royal Stewart also worn by pipers of the Royal Scots, First of Foot and Right of the Line
@@Scipionic1941 Thank you! I didn't know that.
Tks...there are 4 tartans I recognize immediately, BW, Royal Stewart , Anderson (,y family tartan) and RHF 2Scots now-sry don't remember the official name. Too bad the regiments are all being amalgamated these days but nice their tartans are being reconized. @@Scipionic1941
The first official Pipe Major for the band was from the Black Watch that's why as pipers we wear a black watch pipe bag cover. Well, that was story I was told.
Tks for the info, makes sense. I'm trying to educate myself here. Just watched again, see the 3 buttons on the drummers uniforms ,so Scottish Guards.@@cameron8798
Mini band?
Amazingly Paul Mc Cartney wrote one of the most rousing bagpipe tunes ever .....Mull of Kintire. Check it out by
The Rhineland pipe and drum band. These Germans look more Scottish than the Scott's do !!
Yes but pity he dissed the pipers playing by not including them in the royalties....they thought it was just jamming.
Ahaha what an absolute dumb comment
Set of tunes?
I have got the names of the tunes from the band. Please see the description.
@@haizhens-hutthank you 🙏. They were hidden , I had to push "...other"
а как всё достойно начинилось!... но вот этот Питух смазазл всю картинуну!...
Scots wha’s had!
I play the pipes and I am all about the tunes; but this just seems like such a weird ceremonial anachronistic bow to absolute tyrants. Dance for your queen! Maybe I am having a bad day. Still doesn't sit right with me.
Please explain what you mean.
Your a loser
