I notice I start watching these type of videos whenever I relapse b\p. I purged today, yesterday, and the day before yesterday. But these vids help me restrict and not purge. (Very comforting as well since I can’t tell anyone about my Ed or vent) Idk but when I purge I still feel that all those Cals in me.
How do you purge? When i try to drink salt water and purge i hardly throw up! :( Tips?

watching these types of ed vlog videos honestly make me want to get bad again but ik i won't/shouldn't since i don't have much self control to restrict and i always go over my cal limit (500/600) and ik it can and will get better eventually. I'm trying to lose weight healthily and not by my ed and it's working jus a bit. i still have wants to restrict and i do sometimes but it will get better ! :)

It’s always better to avoid restricting if you are able to. Restricting does harm to your metabolism.

600 calories a day isnt you having poor self control, we need more than that to function and think lol
i used to eat like 400 calories a day and i wanted to die all the time, its just not worth it. Never feel bad about that stuff :( i hope you're doing well now
I know this is late, but I hope you’re doing well! Every body is different, but I don’t think 600 is good for ANYONE. Hopefully you’re feeling and doing better, but if not, try to slowly increase your caloric intake 200 each day until you reach at least 1200. For sustainable healthy weight loss, 3 things help you feel full: water, fiber and protein. Feeling full will help you not binge and snack less. Protein is important to weight loss as well but is often overlooked. I recommend Greek yogurt, bone broth and cottage cheese as easy addition to meals or snacks. I blend cottage cheese with my baked oatmeal and egg bites, and it also pairs well with fruit. Bone broth is low in calories and high in protein; a good addition to soups and stews. Yogurt is versatile as well. I’m struggling with weight loss as well but it’s a long and hard journey unfortunately, and stagnation is an inevitable part. It took me 7 months to lose 20 pounds 🥲 I have more knowledge and recipes now though, so I’m starting to loss weight faster this month. Good luck ❤

@@ncttotheworld8819 about 500-700cal I try not to surpass 700. Especially since Weekends are days I see my bf and he always likes to go out and eat. So basically Saturdays or Sundays are cheat days but cals on those days are 1,500
When I used to binge i felt so horrible but I am getting better I just eat higher protein to stay fuller and find things to distract me like dancing but I hope you are doing okay🫶🏻

If you feel weak that's your body telling you you need to eat.
If you feel weak eat something that has energy, eat yogurt with fruits or even a full meal
that food is not healthy, neither is the amount she ate.
The aesthetic of the video is disguising the fact that she is lowkey romanticizing her ED. The food she’s eating is also not “healthy,” but rather the illusion of health. All these foods are either full of sugar or nutritionally lacking as they are or in the amount she eats. Please do not work out to burn calories if you’re feeling physically weak, that’s the best was to have a fainting spell and or hurt yourself while working out. Nothing, literally nothing, that this person is vlogging about is something that you should admire or try to replicate. There are other ways to help treat an ED before ever giving into it.

its not worth it, there's safer ways to lose weight that will actually last and will still allow you to be in control. no binges, no guilt, life is enjoyable and can still stay thin AND be nutritionally healthy and feel like you have energy.

Drink A LOT of water thats what i do or eat a carrot if u have any in your fridge hope that helps 🎀
water, gum, tea, coffee, brushing your teeth, keeping yourself busy etc.
drink lots of water and try to distract yourself!! go on a walk, watch a show/movie, take a nap, etc. try to avoid the kitchen as much as possible.
It could be emotional cravings, try sprinkling some salt on ur toung and drink water

You are underestimating how many calories you are putting into your body. The bad part is that you are eating crap that has no nutritional value and exercising at the same time. This means that your body is burning more calories than what you eat in a day. This deprives your body of what it needs and you will eventually become physically sick as your body begins eating itself. If you are trying to lose weight at least eat food that is good for you. I promise you there are ways to lose weight without making yourself physically sick.

A calorie deficit is meant to eat certain food in certain amounts, not restrict yourself to the point you’re losing body and mind. Stop spreading the idea that this is anything other than unhealthy.

You should really take this video down. 170 calories is NOT a meal, food is fuel and you are unwell, and influencing others to be unwell- just look at your comments. I know you don't mean to but if you're still eating like this, you need treatment. You are literally eating a third of what your body needs in a day and trying to exercise off that little bit you did eat.
