    I feel like the only person who doesn’t want to go to law school to help people or make a difference or be all glamorous in court, but because it seems like an interesting job and an intriguing world to enter into (plus, money is always a bonus). Then again, my goal is corporate law. I think I’ll feel like such a badass negotiating mergers and company purchases and such. So powerful! Plus, I don’t want to be in court all the time; I’d rather work directly with clients and whatnot.

    I'm so glad you mentioned how old you are and what age most people are in law school. I'm 21 and I graduate undergrad next month and want to take two years off before going to law school. I'll be 24 around then so it's good to know that's he average age. I was thinking people just go right after undergrad.

It's only an hour and a half away from my hometown, meaning it wouldn't be too hard to come and visit my family. I am so in love with your channel and you are so inspiring. I love all of your videos! They are all really helpful and informative, keep doing what you're doing! :) I am currently a senior at Penn State and I've been applying to a bunch of law schools over the last few weeks. I know a lot of people who are either in law school currently or have graduated from law school recently, so I would like to think that I have at least a good general idea as to what I should expect. Do you have any tips or pointers as to what was different about law school from what you expected, or things to help better prepare me for my 1L year in the fall? Also, I'm glad you're enjoying school! I can only hope that I enjoy it as much as you! Good Luck!

    • @lynnea4782
      @lynnea4782  Před 7 lety +2

      For the most part, for me, all course material is organized by the professor - so I have certain readings to do for each class. And as for how to learn a large amount of material, it depends on how you learn. I would suggest keeping up with the readings in each class and taking notes on them. Try to engage with the material, doing any practice questions in your textbook and just reflecting on what you read. Then, when you have to study for exams, you won't have to re-learn everything! Hope this helps :)
